Our ocean view, beach access cabin is surrounded by red cedar, Sitka spruce and hemlock trees, offering stunning views and tranquility. Orcas, humpback whales, seals and eagles have all been known to cruise by our house. You can experience all of this wildlife from our beaches, front deck, or comfort of the living room. A perfect getaway for friends, families, fisher folk, or writers looking for some solitude and inspiration! We are honoured to live and play in traditional Heiltsuk territory.

The Aerie Beach Cabin

Enjoy the beach with a 180 degree ocean view. perched atop the sand dunes the Aerie features west and north facing windows allowing you to see the surf almost anywhere in the cabin. The Aerie is an off-grid cabin featuring indoor bathroom with compost toilet and heated shower. For heat this cabin has thermostat controlled hydronic base board heaters and a wood stove for secondary heat Cooler provided (need to bring ice), being offgrid there is basic electricity for lights and run shower pump.

Cozy 2 Bedroom Cabin on the Skeena River

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin situated 5 min. from downtown Terrace. Nestled among a cedar and spruce grove this cabin looks out over the Skeena River with a beautiful view of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. Two bedrooms with loft and fully equipped kitchen with natural gas heat and wood stove make this an excellent adventure getaway. With direct access to the river you can step out the door and cast a line. A perfect spot to stay after an amazing ski day at Shames Mountain.

Please note there is no running water or cooking facility. We do not allow any kind of open flame. This includes camp stoves and smoking. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required to safely access our property. Our check-in time is 7pm. Night sky glamping and star viewing in an entirely clear majestic geodesic dome! Once a 1920's warming hut for trappers, this cabin has been transformed into a cozy retreat perfect for adventurers and travellers, only 10 minutes from downtown Terrace. With a simple open layout and memory foam bed, it is comfortable for couples or solo travellers. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, mini fridge, and coffee maker, while the bathroom features a stand-up shower and heated floor. The Roadhouse

The Roadhouse is a cozy off grid cabin located steps from North Beach in the Tow Hill community. Nestled in a towering spruce forest and close to all the natural action, you'll enjoy off grid living with solar power, hot water and a newly built composting outhouse. This cabin is located on a homestead with other cabins nearby but each one is private and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit to North Beach. Our property is 16km east of Masset.
