Náš prostorný byt se nachází ve druhém patře domu v typickém stylu lázeňské architektury. K dispozici je výtah, balkón, sauna a veškeré vybavení včetně základních potravin. V bytě se nachází velká a malá ložnice plus obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou. Byt je situován v klidné části města, jen několik minut pěšky od kolonády s léčivými prameny, ale zároveň pár metrů od lesoparku. Lokalita je tak ideální pro poznávání města UNESCO i krásné přírody.

Uvnitř jsou kachlová kamna s troubou, kuchyň s jídelním koutem a dvě ložnice. Venku čeká vířivka na dřevo, ohniště, kamenná pec a plynový gril. Není to hotel. Je to chata pro lidi, kteří si chtějí vařit, topit a nikam nespěchat.
