Elegant Studio Apartment at the Old Firehouse

Elegant studio apartment on the 2nd level of the Old Firehouse at the Boothbay Center. This vintage space is full of character and history. It served as the meeting space for the local volunteer firemen from 1905-1995. Ample parking available behind the building. This 2nd level apartment is accessed through a covered staircase. Enjoy access to everything from this central location - quick jot into Boothbay Harbor or East Boothbay. Only a 3 minute drive to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

If you would like to bring along your canine pal feel free, they are welcome (sorry no cats).
