This vintage building was originally built as a hotel in the late ‘60s and a hotel for the 1982 Worlds fair! Close to everything UTK and downtown Knoxville. Garage Parking pass!! 5 min walk to the University of Tennessee or 1 mile walk from downtown Knoxville. Get a great nights’ rest in the queen size bed featuring “The Purple Mattress.” A convertible couch is great for additional guest or seating during the day. Kitchen includes the basics. Bathroom includes a combination washer/dryer.

Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!
