First time in Knoxville & was their for a interview. It was super close to LMU and she was super sweet. Would totally recommend and come back!

This farm stay was such a unique and peaceful experience. The property is beautiful and full of charm, but the highlight was definitely the animals! It felt like stepping into a slower, more grounded way of life. It was so fun (and relaxing) to be surrounded by nature and all the animals—truly therapeutic. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and made sure everything was comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to unplug and enjoy a slice of farm life.

Great location. Lots of restaurant and bar options nearby. Walkable to the university. And a bonus was a comfortable bed! Very responsive host.

It was convenient, right off of the highway and close to downtown. Also positioned in west Knox which is close to tons of restaurants and shops. Clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rental is in a wonderful location for anyone looking to explore Knoxville. It’s extremely well supplied (plenty of items like paper towels, coffee, etc.) and very clean. I highly recommend!

Summers apartment was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and not far at all from downtown Knoxville and the zoo. The downstairs neighbors were occasionally loud but not through the night. The area was overall pretty quiet. It was a little hard to find the actual building at first but once we found it, it was simple to find the apartment and parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

A fantastic location! Walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. We had no noise at night from the street and area. More of a studio than one bedroom but great separate spaces. Loved it!

Great spot for a big group. Perfect location for walking to Market Square and Old City. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend here! It was just what we needed for a weekend in Tennessee. The house had enough room for our guests. We loved the hot tub area and although shared with other guests we never had any issues we hardly ever saw each other. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time!

Stephanie and her husband were both very nice and made my first stay in an air bnb very easy. She told me about the area and made me feel at ease with the process of extending my stay as well. The coffee and tea bar was a nice bonus too!

Wonderful place for our large family Christmas! Separate houses made it easy to have some privacy…only downside was no place for all of us to sit down for a meal together, but since the houses are also rented separately completely understandable.

great location right next to the mountain so the views were really good. the place was clean and worked out perfect for my group. if I am ever back in Tennessee I would try to book again.

Wonderful house with a great location! Could not recommend this house and Austin as a host enough! House was clean and spacious and the outdoor space and hot tub were top notch. Austin checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well and was an attentive host. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Knoxville!
