Also near South Knoxville wilderness hiking and biking trails. 3 acres of land with a large paved fire patio and covered porch. This is a studio attached to my primary home. Located in South Knoxville ~6min from downtown/university ~4-8min to trails ~18min from airport ~40min to Sevierville & 55min to Smokies

Lazy Bear Hideaway is a luxurious rustic retreat in the mountains of Tennessee. This lower level of our three story home has its own private entrance and is fully furnished. Decorated in mountain chic decor with wood floors and knotty pine walls. Watch TV on the large screen, cook a meal, and play classic arcade games such as Pac-man. This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliners. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, latte, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins on your first morning. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam.
