Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. The master suite (with the king size bed) also has a large bathroom with a large tub in addition to separate shower. The house includes a 2 story fixed dock area 600 sf each, a 600sf floating platform and boat tie-up that can accommodate up to 3 boats & 2 jet skis. Perfect Retreat!

The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
