The house is located in a very pleasing area, adjacent to Beeraya beach. The house itself was well-kept, with all the amenities that would have been necessary for a pleasant stay. Madhuraj was warm and welcoming, and went out of his way to help us with transportation, and itinerary, making sure we had an excellent experience.

It was a great stay, all thanks to our friendly hosts. The place was beautifully placed , surrounded with greenery, still very much accessible from main road.

Staying in this villa is pure luxury! It's like having your own slice of paradise with privacy, stunning views. If you have the chance, indulge in a villa stay—it's worth every moment. The stay at Trishala was very peaceful and comfortable. Dev was very accommodating and understanding. Will surely this place first when we travel to mangalore

Property is in middle of the field with couple houses around. It feels very nice and calm. Has space for parking two cars easily. Keep in mind that not too many options with food delivery apps but few good options in 5km range if you can drive. Must have your own vehicle if you are planning on staying here.

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

I have booked this home for my family. No hussle in identifying this house. Situated in the bye pass road from Mangalore - Udupi. Just 7 kms away from krishna temple. Care taker is an excellent person and explained all the details. Host is also very attentive. All the amenities are available and shops are nearby only. Overall it was an wonderful stay and thanks for gestures sir.

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊
