Το νεοδόμητο διαμέρισμα αποπερατώθηκε το Μάιο του 2025 και βρίσκεται δέκα λεπτά από την διάσημη παραλία των Αμμόλοφων. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και δυο μονά, μπάνιο με wc και ντουζιέρα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, ενιαίο σαλόνι με smart tv και καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
