Great place for family of 4. We felt completely at home. Would have liked a larger lanai but was fine for the 4 of us. Very nice to supply beach chairs. Beds were very comfortable and loved having the ceiling fans. Kitchen was nicely stocked

This place is more beautiful than the photos could ever possibly justify! The first day on the trip the smoke alarm started beeping and it was fixed before I even returned to the house Mikael was so sweet and proactive! This place was peaceful and quiet and the view was breath taking. There are notes left around the house but I personally found them so helpful! It helped me navigate the home as if it was my own! And the black stone pizza up the road was the most incredible place I’ve ever been. 10/10 would stay here over and over!

Everything was perfectly fine, we stayed a couple of nights during our honeymoon and enjoyed the Pineapple Express! Pretty house and surrounding. Albert gave us some recommendations for activities and food, which was very helpful!

This was the best first Airbnb experience. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary with our 3 young kids. This home was just beautiful. The photos do not do enough justice. The home was super spacious and TV in both rooms. Our 5yr old enjoyed the jacuzzi because it was shallow and warm. The pool was huge with a diving board. It was nice having the outdoor kitchen and grill. We were able to prepare our food while also watching the kids swim. We enjoyed her papayas, avocados, and mango. Ms. Sandra shared with us her organic eggs from her chickens, Kale, beets, basil, and lettuce from her garden. Every morning when I woke up, I couldn't wait to open the curtains and windows to see the view and hear the birds. I could go on and on about this place. Thank you Ms. Sandra. It was such a pleasure meeting you and spending time in you beautiful home🙏

We had a great stay at Lorelle Petite Retreat apartment. We loved the location being on the hill; it was nice, cool and tranquil. The space was clean and well shocked. Lorelle is a very generous, friendly person.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This is our second visit. Seth’s place! is just as amazing as the first visit. Beautiful and clean our family felt right at home. We had a wonderful time at Cooks Landing! Our first impression was 'WOW'. At first we were skeptical about some of the photos seeming dark... but the pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is located in a beautiful private community. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras that you may need from either home use or the beach. We loved the location, which was located not far from a key highway intersection that could take you to your Hawaiian adventure. The Ocean Club (pool) pictures do not do it justice either! It had a great design that overlooked the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand! I would say that the pool is family friendly too. It had shallow depth & a spot that toddlers could play in. It had a bar, restaurant, and tasteful live local music. 12/10 would recommend this place. A very big MAHALO to Jim & Kristi for opening this beautiful home to people.

My family had a great time at Kevin & Cindy’s. The unit was great and the location was perfect for accessing all of the Kona activities and restaurants. We used the pool every day and the whole experience was lovely. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. 5/5!

It's a great place. It's so close to the beach, big enough for a family, and has a full kitchen with sauce and seasoning so we can cook simple food for the kids. They have most beach supplies, like chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It helps us save money on rentals.

The location was perfect! The beach was very close and there were many restaurants and shops just down the street. The inside was immaculate and was the perfect stay for my mom, daughter, and myself. There were so many amenities and items that were useful in the house, such thoughtful hosts. We would definitely stay again when we come back.

This is a gem of a place that’s is located in a peaceful perfect location. Valerie was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered flexible early check in and late check out which we found very useful. Would highly recommend this place if you wish to stay on this beautiful island.

We (our family of 4) had an AMAZING time at this little cabin in Volcano! Clean, cute, comfy with a full kitchen which was perfect for not eating out our whole trip. The hot tub was awesome! Super close to Volcanoes National Park, where we went daily. We would 100% stay here again!

I had a comfortable stay. I loved the local bread and produce in the kitchen. Avocado toast with banana and papaya was amazing sitting on the front lanai. The bed was quite relaxing with lots of soothing pillows for a perfectly restful sleep.

Great stay! Best host I’ve ever had in all my stays with Airbnb. Responsive, communicative. Went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed; for example, purchased a brand new high chair so we wouldn’t need to pack one. Really nice home. Pool was great.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

We loved our time at this house. It’s set on a beautiful, lush property very convenient to everything on the Kona side of the island. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were tons of beach recreation supplies and the hot tub was a welcome addition! Adam was really responsive and had some great suggestions in the guest book. There’s a neighbor dog that barks in the morning, so that may wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise this was a great place to stay while exploring the island.

Very clean floor, spacious rooms and patio. Located in a convenient place (short drive to Kua bay, Hapuna and the Volcano, not as dense and packed like Kona). Not many things to ask, since the instructions were clear. Very comfortable stay, one of the best airbnb we've ever stayed.

Ninik’s condo was perfect for our party of six (four adults and two small children). It is well furnished, tastefully decorated and offers a well equipped kitchen. The location is very private with only a short walk to the clubhouse and swimming pools. We would gladly rent this property again.

We had the most amazing stay in Kona at Richard’s place. The house truly felt like home away from home for a week. The pool and outdoor area were fabulous with breathtaking views of the ocean. The inside was perfect for our family from the dining area to the tv area to the game area where we gathered to play some of the games Richard had on hand a few of the evenings we were there. When we go back, we definitely want to book Richard’s place again! We sure miss being there this week!

We just loved this condo! It is a slice of paradise! And the host, Warren, is quick to respond and very helpful. There's a chlorine pool and a saltwater pool; the latter has fantastic beach views at sunset. It's in a quiet location; all you hear in the mornings is a chorus of birds. It feels very private, so you can have meals on the patio. There's a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking. The little instructions left on signs throughout were detailed & helpful. On-site laundry room payment app has a $10 minimum. I'd recommend you get quarters (it's around $3 total at the time of this writing to do one wash, one dry). The locals are so friendly, we found ones willing to give us some change upon making a purchase. It's a quick drive or longer walk to beautiful downtown Kona, which has everything you need for a perfect vacation--sitting on the beach, activities, tours, restaurants, or bars. There is truly something for everyone! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house and location! It suited our family of four perfectly. Very tidy lay-out and comfortable, with lovely gardens and always quiet. It was so great to be only a three minute drive to one of the best snorkelling spots on the island, and just a short drive from Banyans, one of the most consistent (surfing) waves on the west coast. We also found it to be a good base for our day-trip to Volcanoes National Park (2 hours round the south coast there; 3 hours through the middle of the island back.) The very convenient nearby shopping centre was our go-to for just about everything (loved the Mexican especially). We had a terrific four-day stay. Thank you, Brad!

My family of four had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We found the condo spacious and enjoyed eating n the lanai. The resort is nicely landscaped and has two pools and two hot tubs. It was close to town and walkable to shops and restaurants (lots of people walk in the wide shoulder of the road). Michael was responsive and proactive, unlike some other “hosts” I attempted to work with on units in similar resorts. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

This spacious home was amazing. We fit 8 people in this home with plenty of room to move around. This is an older home and some wear and tear was visible when we arrived. We simply took photos and shared with owner on items that needed attention in the future. This home has wonderful views of the ocean, it is not far from a Costco and a Walmart for quick and easy shopping. The home was supplied with all the basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, tissue and much, much more. There is a large TV downstairs that our kiddos spent their down time watching. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Three bathrooms was a huge blessing for the size of our group. The owner was responsive and helpful for every inquriy.
