Another lovely stay at this special place! Loved sitting in the lanai, watching sunset every night, and exploring tide pools. A great and comfortable place to decompress and enjoy Hawai’i. Scott is a great host.

This is a perfect little spot for a vacation or if you have family in town. The power went out for a couple of hours and Malis met us at the door with a lantern. She was friendly and responsive, considerate and kind. The space itself is adorable with a comfortable bed and a wide variety of appliances. I highly recommend!

A great little hideaway. It's out of the way from any busy area, there is a great restaurant nearby. The garden was full of plant life which was great to walk round and see. Lovely and quiet and peaceful

We stayed just one quick night here after landing on the island. It was a great little space. Very clean, seemed brand new, convenient to town, and you could see the ocean from the cute front porch. The bed was very soft, like a cloud you melted into. Normally I don't like soft beds but this one was nice. It is a stand alone space but wasn't quite as private/secluded as I thought. In case someone wanted more privacy, but it wasn't an issue for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Loved this stay. Convenient, modern house with clean and quiet location. We loved being able to walk to coffee and Merriman’s for dinner. The location is a short drive (15-20 mins) from beaches too. I would highly recommend it!

Symon and Lisa's place was very peaceful and quiet, away from the resorts as we wanted, but not too far from the amazing beaches. We loved the private porch that had an ocean view as well. Hopefully, the consistency of the internet will improve in the future. Symon came by to check on us and was very nice. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us.

Welcoming and friendly on-site hosts, nice open air kitchen and dining area for meals, central location for west side of island, and a place that now feels like an island home away from home.

Great location in the Kona area. Super close to Da Poke Shack (amazing food) and Magic Sands (cute beach). And Na Na is extremely friendly and helpful!

When we decided to come to Hawaii, we had already explored so many beaches and were really craving a deeper connection to nature and that’s exactly what this place gave us. Tucked away in the rainforest, the cabin is surrounded by lush greenery, the soothing sound of a running waterfall, and the sweet calls of birds echoing through the trees. The cabin itself sits perched on a ledge overlooking the waterfall , an absolutely magical view to wake up to. Every morning, we enjoyed coffee on the porch, completely immersed in the sights and sounds of the forest, often greeted by curious wildlife and even the occasional mango falling nearby. Even with a few other cabins on the property, we felt completely tucked away and had so much privacy throughout our stay. It felt like our own little rainforest sanctuary. If you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and feel truly grounded in nature, this cabin is pure paradise. We left feeling inspired, refreshed, and deeply grateful for this experience.

Andrew’s place is such a cozy and tastefully-decorated place. It has everything we need and we felt right at home. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to Kona airport and major roads/freeways. Kailua-Kona is only 15 minutes away. We’ll come back next time in the Big Island.

Mike and Melissa (and Sheryl!) are wonderful hosts, and their place is spacious and comfortable—me and my dog, Margot, felt instantly at home. They were super friendly with great recommendations, and the apartment is private and quiet, yet super convenient to town and all of Kona’s lovely beaches. Would recommend to anybody!

Amanda’s place is the perfect retreat for anyone that wants to experience the island like a local but also couldn’t give up on the view lol. I enjoyed my stay a lot! Making a papaya bowl with the view, working with the view, and wake up to see the most beautiful sunrise.

Das Airbnb war einfach toll! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es war alles da, was man braucht, alles war sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder herkommen!!

Lovely place to stay. Quiet and peaceful with great view. It is a recently built house that is nicely laid out with clean interior. Breezes provide the cooling but there is AC that we didn’t need. Family lives next door with three young boys. Great place to raise kids and they are very well behaved. It’s in the middle of Kona coffee farms which are really fun to visit (Greenwell does a really nice farm tour and Buddha’s Cup is worth the drive with the best coffee we tasted). Nice breakfast places nearby (Coffee Shack and Menehune Coffee are a must visit). Finally, take the short drive to the Manini beach for the sunset. Spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Jim's place for seven nights with three people and absolutely loved it. Above all, Jim always has been extremely friendly. He even personally showed us around the apartment when we arrived and was always available for any questions. The apartment itself also completely satisfied all of our needs. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, spacious and had its own spacious parking lot directly in front of the building. We especially loved the patio with a nice view to the ocean, which has been a great place for breakfast and dinner. The place has been a great starting point to explore the Kona coast and the Big Island in general. Ali'i Drive is easily reachable by foot, which has some nice little stores and restaurants. Supermarkets, Starbucks, and everything else one needs are also not far away. There is also a hot tub available, which can be quit nice in the evening. Over all, we had a great time and would love to stay here again if we come back to Big Island

Joe was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub are as amazing as they look in photos! The landscaping is beautiful and we had the entire outdoor area completely to ourselves the entire time.

We loved our stay at Julya's place! The lanai is everything! I will definitely try to stay here next time I'm in Kona.

A quiet, cool spot to get away from the crowds and beach area. We enjoyed the temp drop when you climb in elevation to the house. The area seemed very safe and I never worried about theft or trouble. Nice area with nice people around the house. You will be about 20 minutes from Costco and are at a central starting point to go north or south. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house other than to sleep and be out enjoying the Big Island.

We had a great staying at Linda's. Clean and cozy room and unique bathing area. Bed is super comfortable, we arrived really late and Linda kindly accommodate us with a late check out, will definitely be back soon for a longer vacation! THANK YOU Linda!

This is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at!!! The quality of each and all of it was excellent! It is absolutely beautiful inside and out with windows and screen doors you can leave open for island breezes. There are helpful perks everywhere you turned, from fresh fruit to snacks, the use of body board and beach chairs and towels, and full kitchen. We cannot give this place enough stars! The sunset view was gorgeous. . There is privacy in the lush surroundings and obvious super safe neighborhood while being only a few minutes from the airport, Walmart, Costco, restaurants and shops plus beautiful beaches, make this the ideal location! Hosts were super communicative, proactive and we so appreciate not having a cleaning fee added on! I would take hours listing all the extra perks that helped us be able to just enjoy this vacation! We see why this was one of the highest rated Airbnbs around! They deserve 10 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩!!!

Great place to stay for a short trip. Had to be close to Kona airport for an early flight and it’s only about 10 min away. Everything was very clean and the owners were very friendly & helpful. They also had some great food recs, which we had the chance to enjoy. Washer and dryer worked great, hot water and good pressure for the shower, clean linens, and great kitchen to make a few meals in. Would definitely stay again. Just a note - the driveway is steep for any vehicles with low clearance.
