We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. The home is well decorated and maintained and comes complete with all linen, towels etc. The home is well suited for small family extended stays and comfortable living.
