The dock has a covered boat slip. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 65 steps leading up to the home so be sure that all guests are suitable for that many stairs. The home is 20-25 minutes by car from downtown CDA or a 10 minute boat ride **Wifi is not good for video calls. It works best for emails and text
