We had such a wonderful stay! A few college friends got together for a long weekend getaway to antique shop in Nappanee and North Webster and this was the perfect spot. We all agreed we’ll need to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the lake and kayak!

Beautiful space for a large family gathering. The house is lovely and the big windows overlooking the lake were fantastic. Beware, if you claim the master bedroom, the en suite shower is so awesome, everyone will be trekking in to use the six nozzle shower :-) Joe was great to communicate with. We highly recommend this place!

Had a wonderful stay! Scott was very quick to answer any questions I had, prior to arriving. He also reached out during our stay, just to check in/ask if we needed anything, which was very kind and thoughtful. The house is adorable and cozy! The entertainment/movie room was everything and made us want to duplicate the setup at our own house! We are local to the surrounding area and usually visit the area in the summer, but this was a perfect spot for our son's 10th winter birthday celebration! ❤️ PS - the trains didn't bother us! They are quick stints and we thought it was cool/fun to listen for their arrival!

We had a large gathering of family and friends. The accommodations were wonderful. The kitchen had dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean, the water hot and good water pressure. The hot tub was amazing and the view of the lake was wonderful. The host was readily responsive to questions and made check-out easy.

Loved staying at this home! It fit our family of 6 adults perfectly. Very well-stocked house.

Great location on a river. Perfect for 2 of us, didn't use pullout couch. Easy access to Mishawaka and South Bend. Very nice viewing deck and benches. Bring binoculars for viewing wildlife. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever rented in terms of wonderful, kind hosts, kid friendly environment for our toddler, wonderful atmosphere, and clean, inviting space! Fern went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place 110%!

Great place to stay in South Bend. Close enough to campus and Eddy Street but far enough away for peqceful evenings. Will definitely sray here again.

My first time staying at Half Moon Cottage. Stayed a week for business in the area and will definitely be back in the future! Well furnished, very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful wood floors in living room, and natural wood cabinets in kitchenette. Private location. Everything I needed and more. Becky was friendly and responsive to communication.

This was our second stay at Wildwood and it was just as lovely as the first time. We wanted to spend some time in Shipshewana, Middlebury and Goshen and this location is perfect for all those places. It's so peaceful and has everything you could need. The cookies Lynette leaves are DELISH and she's so quick to respond if you should need anything. I'm sure we'll be back again some day!

modern cabin update in a private, serene setting makes for a relaxing escape. Lucas is a great host who's done a wonderful job of transforming the property into a place where you can really get away from it all while still being conveniently situated for visiting Middlebury, Shipshewana, Goshen, Elkhart, and other points of interest (check out Bonneyville Mills nearby). loved the fireplace and comfy king bed. as stated there's no wi-fi and cell service was a bit spotty, but you'll likely enjoy the experience without having to contend with the distractions. highly recommended overall and would definitely look to stay here when in the area again.

We were very happy to find Lindsey's listing. The cabin was beautiful. Once we arrived we really didn't want to leave. Mike had a wonderful Christmas light display in the living area which he shared with us. We really hope to stay here in the future. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful and gracious hosts. My fiance and I had an amazing weekend celebrating his birthday. This place was a perfect escape from our busy city life. There is something so beautiful about being away from all the noice and just reconnecting with nature. Tena was an amazing host and really made us feel at home. Thank you!

The Y-Knot cabin is beautiful. A great stone fireplace, floor to ceiling. Wonderful views of the wildlife. Swams, geese and diving ducks. The sunsets over the lake topped off the end of the day!

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely unforgettable. I planned a weekend getaway here to propose to my now fiancée and it turned out to be the most magical experience. The setting is so serene and beautiful. We sat for hours watching the birds who came to visit the feeder in perfect view of the window. There were so many incredible species we saw and heard (Hint: download the Merlin Bird ID app to identify birds based on sound). The cabin itself has everything you could possibly need. So many thoughtful touches are present everywhere you look. If we hadn’t had other plans we would have been perfectly at ease just relaxing at the cabin the entire weekend. The outdoor shower was amazing and ended up being the only shower I used. One thing to note- at 5’11” I had to crouch a little in the lofted bedroom. Not a big deal but just something to be aware of. This was without a doubt the PERFECT home base for the most romantic and special weekend ever. Thank you so much for sharing it!!

this place was absolutely beautiful! it was a little off the beaten path but the directions given were perfect. We will definitely be looking to come back!

We loved our stay at the red cottage. The porch, fire pit and water access are great perks to this airbnb, as well as being pet friendly. The house had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Would visit again. 😄

Beautiful place.. Enjoyed our stay.. A inside wood fire place would really top it off, but it's a beautiful place without it.. Owners are very responsive, communicate clearly and live close by..
