This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

We had a great stay at JJ House. Very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the train stations for both metro and JR and close to shops. Almost on the river with beautiful cherry trees. Amazing all around.

We enjoyed our brief stay at Akira’s a lot! Super spacious (for Tokyo), many amenities and helpful guides to browse at. The area is very peaceful despite being very close to Shinjuku. Akira was a great host!

非常好的一次民宿体验，房东非常热情主动，为我们规划机场到民宿的最佳路线。在此还要特别感谢房东，因为我们预定去机场的包车司机睡过头了，联系不上让我们手足无措，凌晨四点也打不到车，无奈和房东联系，他立马来帮助我们，非常感谢。

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

Repeat visit two years later to this hidden gem off the tourist-heavy paths of Tokyo. The location is very strategic, near the city and on the doorstep to countryside areas such as Mt. Takao. The owners restaurant offers the wonderful curry and plenty of homely charm, mirroring the cozy apartment. If I come back to Tokyo again with a similarly sized group, I will definitely stay here a third time.

寝室は1階にあり、スーツケースの持ち運びも楽で、収納スペースも十分です。今回は妻と2人で滞在しましたが、グループやご家族でも快適に過ごせると思います。 東京の下町の雰囲気を楽しめる絶好のロケーションで、江戸川沿いを散歩しながらスカイツリーを眺める時間はとても贅沢でした。スカイツリーや浅草へのアクセスも良く、観光にも便利です。 また、室内では無料で読める漫画が用意されており、アニメ好きにはたまらない空間でした。ホストの方も対応が早く、安心して滞在することができました。 心からおすすめできる宿泊先です。

We had such a great stay at Anton’s house. It is a lovely property with plenty of space and everything you could need. The decor is really nice and the property has a feeling of calm in busy Tokyo. We really enjoyed the wooden outdoor bathtub and our children were excited to sleep on tatami mats. The local area is very lively with lots of little restaurants and shops, including a great bakery. However, the house itself is very peaceful. It feels like a ‘locals’ part of Tokyo, there weren’t many other tourists around. It also felt very safe. What really stood out for us was what a great host Anton was. He lives close by and helped us out with lots of things - he replied very quickly whenever we had questions and he even went to the pharmacy with us to help us when our child wasn’t feeling well. He’s so friendly and welcoming and really put us at ease. Thank you Anton for a great stay in Tokyo, we are very glad that we booked your house.

とても広く、カラオケ、サウナ、バーベキューと全てを存分に楽しめました。滞在中は雨でしたが、屋内でできるバーベキュー小屋があり問題なく行なえました。15人での宿泊でしたが、ベットの数も十分あり快適に休めました。

鎌倉、江ノ島方面も横須賀方面も楽しめて、すぐ横の砂浜をのんびりと散歩もできる素晴らしいロケーションでした。 室内も見栄え良く整っていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。 リビングダイニングから海が見えますのでお料理していても食事をしていても景色を楽しめました。 プールとお風呂がつながっていたり、リビングの床の一部がガラスでプールを見れたりもするので子どもも喜んでくれました。 こちらを選んでよかったです。ありがとうございました。

漁港、ビーチに近く大変便利。かわいい外観のお洒落な一軒家でした。

GWに家族(3人+🐶)で泊まらせていただきました。予約時からスムーズかつ丁寧に対応していただき、不明点等があっても安心して過ごすことができました。 サウナ、BBQ、ピザ窯、焚き火台をオプションで追加させていただきましたが、全部最高でした！特にサウナがおすすめです。サウナはアロマオイルの香りも最高でベンチでぽーっと自然をみながら休憩するのも最高！ 我が家は一生BBQし放題。父親はずっと外で肉を焼くか、ベンチで日光浴をしておりました笑 また部屋の設備も充実しており、持参したギターと置いてあるピアノでセッションもしました！(一軒一軒離れていたので日中はあまり気にせず演奏できました*\(^o^)/*) 朝から川のせせらぎと鳥の鳴き声が聞こえてきて都会の喧騒から解放され、最高のデトックスとなりました。 ありがとうございました。 p.sちなみに周辺施設ですが、徒歩圏内に道の駅とクリエイトもあり、買い忘れの際も便利でした。道の駅にはデザートも売っていて美味しかったです(プリン庭で黄昏ながら食べました) また是非利用させていただきたいです！

Absolutely loved the location. It was pretty close to public transport so getting around was easy. It’s a good 2hrs to Tokyo from the closest station but the area is lovely and locals are friendly. Loved it! Plenty of decent restaurants around Kimitsu also. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had booked a longer stay.

Excelente lugar para estar en Tokyo , muy cerca de la estación Oshiage que tiene acceso a varios puntos de interés y al Aeropuerto de Narita, muy recomendable.

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

Die Wohnung war extrem sauber und die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Asakusa und der Tokyo Tower befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

All is good! Will definitely recommend someone who want to visit Tokyo to stay over here!

I stayed here for 3 nights and her house was beautiful.. house had all the amenities and it was very clean .. I would highly recommend this place as it is well connected to all the places in Tokyo and very near by to the station .. there were good restaurants in the locality to eat and roam around .. would love to come and stay here again .. jianrui is an amazing host and she was always responsive and helpful .. I was traveling with my kid and she was very helpful with everything.. highly recommend this place ..

Akane is the best host you’ll ever come across and mark my words for it !!! She is the person you want as a mentor/host if you’re coming to tokyo .. She has been really helpful throughout my stay from telling which are the affordable routes to places to giving insides of tokyo !! Telling the best places to go She had been a great host with really clean house Akane literally tries to manage everything from early check in to keeping luggage even after check out (depends on availability of house) A clear view of skytree tower from window Bus stand is literally road across and very very convenient location Peaceful quiet location and in mid of tokyo

Great stay! We had no problems here as a party of 6. Plenty of food and grocery options are available in the area.
