The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Zona llena de todo tipo de locales de restauración, tanto para tapear como para degustar los platos mas genuinos de la bahía de Cádiz. Muy cerca del conjunto histórico-artístico de la trimilenaria ciudad de Cádiz. Lineas de autobús urbano y parada de taxis a escasos 100 metros de la vivienda; y estación de tren y de catamarán a unos 20 minutos andando.

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
