Head the other direction and you're half mile from UW-La Crosse's campus, and 1.5 miles from downtown. This is a quiet dead-end street in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. La Crosse has plenty to offer for everyone, and we hope you'll enjoy your stay. Just added: Onsite laundry is ready!

BikeProfessor's Bungalow, near trails and downtown

Charming home with hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, and original details in the faculty neighborhood close to UW-L campus and Downtown. Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

The Cargill-Pettibone Mansion

Enjoy comfort and elegance in this historic La Crosse, WI home featuring three queen beds, two twin beds, and two queen sleeper sofas. The house boasts a gourmet kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. This quiet neighborhood is walking distance from a grocery store, coffee shop, and other small businesses. A short commute via car or bike opens opportunities to explore the downtown area and river with all its recreational experiences. Gundersen and Mayo Healthcare Systems, and the universities of UW-LaCrosse, Viterbo, and Western Tech, are minutes away.

The Sweet Suite is an upper duplex unit. We are located in the middle of the Driftless Area known for its scenic beauty and charm. A comfortable country atmosphere ideal for relaxation. We welcome traveling nurses! Feel free to inquire about a longer stay. The distance is: 8 miles to Richland Hospital in Richland Center 19 miles to Muscoda Health Center in Muscoda 24 miles to Gundersen St Joseph's Hospital in Hillsboro The location is also ideal for hunters and other sports enthusiasts.

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located home. Completely updated throughout including furniture, bedding, towels and kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood just minutes to downtown La Crosse and the movie theatre. Upon entering you are greeted with an open floorplan. All bedrooms are located on one level. The main bedroom sleeps 2. The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

Hill Street House is the quintessential river-town residence, located within walking distance of Fountain City's quaint downtown, legendary pubs, and riverfront, but just far enough from the highway and trains to still get a good night's sleep. Perched snuggly on the bluffside overlooking the Mississippi River, you'll see an ever-changing panorama of river boats, barges, and birds in flight against a backdrop of Minnesota bluffs in the distance and a jumble of rooftops below.
