Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in La Marsa

Yasmine was an awesome host and this is a great Airbnb in a beautiful location. I really appreciated the teas and espresso capsules, and it's so nice to have the private garden with rosemary, oranges, lemons etc. (The oranges are bitter but I found the juice makes a great detox shot.) It's walking distance to many great things: 3 minutes to hiking trails through trees with beautiful ocean views, 5 minutes to a great little organic shop called Mon Coin Nature, 10 minutes to Marsa Corniche & lots of shops & restaurants, 20/25 minutes to Sidi Bou Said.

Great location, communication and experience. I can recommend this Airbnb with all my heart. The hosts are flexible, good communicators and make sure you have someone to reach out to in case of any problems. I was even able to check in earlier than described. The ocean, mall and taxis are only two minutes away by foot.

Kais and Safa were both incredibly kind, helpful and always to reach. The flat was warm, which is not usual in winter time Tunis, and I appreciated the house & hospitality a lot. Big recommendation!

La Marsa on kaunis ja rauhallinen alue lähellä rantaa. Maxou on hyvä, ystävällinen isäntä, aina tavoitettavissa. Asunto on kivasti perinteinen, mutta mukavuuksilla varustettu. Kissat kurkivat ikkunan takana. Boulangerie ja vihannespuoti lähellä. Ruokakauppa myös.

J'ai adoré ce séjour à l'abri de ce petit studio. La verdure dans le jardin, les petites tortues m'ont fait sentir dans une maison de vacances familiales. C'est proche de la mer. Ce que j'ai aussi apprécié c'est que Tuline m'a contacté avant la finalisation pour s'assurer que j'avais bien compris l'annonce. Je reviendrai sans faute.

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

Ich hab mit meinen vier Kindern eine traumhaft schöne Woche in La Marsa verbracht und die wunderbare Unterkunft hat diesen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, zwei Minuten zum Strand, zwei Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und sehr geschmackvolle und funktionale Ausstattung. Wir hatten während unserer zahlreichen Reisen noch keine Unterkunft, die so sehr unsere Ansprüche erfüllt und sogar getoppt hat. Eine fünf Sterne Residenz mit Bohemian flair!!!!! Der Gatgeber Amin ist supersympathisch und wir kommen im Herbst ganz sicher wieder.

Will defenitely visit again.

Lovely large villa and beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay.

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

Tout était parfait merci beaucoup nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est sublime les espaces extérieurs très reposant et bien pensé. Les équipements sont complets nous n’avons manqué de rien. Merci aussi à Bertrand sur place pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un beau week-end ! La résidence est très agréable, calme et sécurisée. Idéalement située dans Gammarth. Encore merci à Mehdi qui a été super, sympathique, accueillant, arrangeant et réactif. On garde l’adresse et on recommande vivement 👍🏼

logement très agréable. conforme à l'annonce. Calme car voie sans issue. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

Het was een ruim appartement,dichtbij het strand en het centrum van le Marsa. Ik zal het zeker aanraden.

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. Viele Grüße an Youssef und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal

I recently stayed at Dhouha’s Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience! Check in was extremely simple and we felt welcomed and relaxed. The residence was very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was impressive, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect, beautiful scenery, waterfront view and great restaurants nearby. Dhouha was an outstanding host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. Her hospitality truly made a difference, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 looking forward to coming back and recommending to friends/family.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Ticked all the boxes and even better than the pictures. Balcony straight on to the beach was totally private which was a nice surprise and perfect for a glass of wine. One hint - if coming from the UK and you don’t have a roaming SIM …you won’t have the ability to use Google Maps in order to find the property.

Staying at Dorra’s place truly felt like being at home. Dorra herself is incredibly kind, proactive, and wonderfully friendly. Her apartment is not only beautifully designed but also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s spotless, and you can tell she put a lot of thought and care into decorating it to make it feel warm and homey. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic, with the beach just a short two minute walk from the house. It’s perfect for a morning jog, a peaceful stroll, or even a romantic walk in the evening. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby, making everything super convenient.

saubere Unterkunft und tolle Aussicht. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig. Sonnenaufgang muss man erleben. Der Gastgeber war telefonisch immer erreichbar. ich kann Ihnen diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Ich bedanke Ziad und das ganze Team.

Kenza’s place was the perfect fit for me, they were very welcoming and made me feel at home which is exactly what was needed for a first time in beautiful Tunisia like myself. The area is lovely, the place is very private, all you need is close by at walking distance. It is also on the Mediterranean Sea with fresh ocean breeze 247. I highly recommend!
