The place is highly recommended, if you are looking for a family friendly place, you will definitely get a privacy. Overall our stay we did not encounter any problems at all. Will definitely be back to this place.

Casa El Chico was awesome for our group stay. Plenty of space, super clean, and every room had A/C, which was a huge plus with this summer heat. Neil was a great host—really easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would totally come back!

Jocelyn is a great host. That includes her co host Madel. We wanted to stay a night so we can go to the casino nearby. It was a spur of the moment decision, that practically you can’t find a place just like that, but Airbnb was an easy search. It was a perfect place for our purpose, but an add on to is that it was very clean, comfortable, with a vibrant aura to the house. Our overnite stay was not enough to enjoy this place so next time this will be our #1 choice for the area.

we stayed at the place for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. the beach is in walking distance (about 2mins away) and the restaurants we chose were only 5mins away by car. the hosts were really nice and helpful. we plan on staying at the place again the next time we are in LU.

Host is very thoughtful, all throughout our stay may free bread na masarap and the place is really spacious na pwede ka mag zumba sa sala. The kids really enjoyed the pool too and as a plus, they’re pet friendly. 💖 We’ll definitely book them again.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. Had a great stay. The place is clean. Super strict lang talaga because it's subdivision, medyo nagkaproblem lang kami pagpasok because bawal daw ang transient, yun lang yung naging problem but the place is clean and feels like home. Sana next time may TV na 😅

The communication was seamless and efficient. The location is easily accessible, with numerous dining and bar options in close proximity. The premises were clean, and the bathroom was spacious. I would gladly stay here again.

It is a great place! We just had a little issue with the towels. We were informed that the laundry shop that washes their towels had a power interruption, so they couldn't provide us with the towels immediately. But aside from that it was a great place. The air conditioning is excellent as well!

Jennifer’s place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Baguio City proper. It is much colder than the city proper. Host is warm and accommodating. The rental rate is very affordable. It is easily accessible by taxis and Grab cars. We definitely enjoyed our stay at her place. Highly recommended.

Our go to place whenever we are in San Juan, LU. Definitely our home away from home. Can’t count how many times I booked this place and we will continue to do so. Very spacious and homey, it has everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable stay. Beach and restos are walking distance. The host and Imelda are both really nice and easy to talk to.

Tim's place is great! Really clean and spacious great for friends and small familes! Kitchen is packed with utencils and kitchen ware, airconditioning is very cold, towels were abundant and the condo was spotless when we arrived! Fairly private setting, with your own designated parking spot! My friends and I enjoyed this stay alot, and will make sure to book this place again! 🙌🏼
