Sonam and his family were wonderful welcoming hosts. The place is comfortable and quiet. Gets great afternoon sun which means the room is warm after a day out exploring. Best of all, the hosts were really accomodating and are genuine, caring and friendly people

Staying at El Catello was the right choice. The service was excellent — they made sure we had everything we needed, even offering room heaters for guests who feel cold in the city of Leh. The bathroom was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and I was even welcomed with a drink upon arrival. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay at one of the best hotels in Leh.

My stay at Divam’s place was wonderful, the place looks exactly how it’s in the pictures, the views from the property is mesmerising. A peaceful place for a great getaway.Hope to visit again! :))

Amazing place !! The house is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean, with a little balcony. There is a beautiful garden where you can rest, and where the grow vegetables that you can eat at the restaurant. Everyone is super welcoming, they take care of your acclimatation, checking several times a day that you are feeling ok. Moreover the restaurant offers delicious and various meals, we took all our meals there. Can’t wait to come back after my trek in a few days.

I stayed at Chalung House for about 5 nights and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mainly because of the beautiful and quiet surroundings, amazing view of the mountains, and excellent food served at lunch and dinner by chef and housekeeper Prem ji. The vibe of the place is very relaxed and friendly courtesy its owner Namgyal ji who is very prompt and responsive. Leh market is about a 15-18 mins walk but the distance ensures the guest house is devoid of noise and chaos of the traffic. The rooms are basic, some have very good views, and reasonably priced. If you are visiting in early to mid August, not having fans can be bothersome but that's the case with most guest houses in Leh. Book this if you are looking for an affordable, simple and hassle free stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable for 2 ~ 4 travellers. The host and hotel staff are responsive and helpful at all times. Good restaurants/cafes nearby. Slightly far from the Leh Market area (by walk). Will recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Leh.
