Pretty much exactly as the listing advertised. We spent most of our time in this space either congregating on one of the three porches, or around the pool table playing games. The table has leaf inserts that were easy to find and made this the perfect gathering spot indoors when outside became too warm for the ceiling fans alone. The beds were comfortable, and we were able to adjust the vents and A/C to accommodate a fairly wide range of comfort levels. I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of pots, pans, utensils and Tupperware available. Our group did a good amount of cooking and it was a very easy kitchen to use.

5/5 it was very clean with plenty of space and things to do. Wifi worked great and the kitchen was very convenient. it was a great stay and we’d come back if we’re ever in town again.

we spent Christmas week at this Airbnb and loved it... It was right across the channel from another family members lake house and an Airbnb that a few of my other family members stayed at so we were all able to get together for the week. The house is beautiful spacious and clean and it had every thing we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great place for kids as well.

This home was perfect for our stay which was a family (girls only) get together. Since there were only 4 of us, we were happy to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. We chose this home knowing we would each have privacy and the total cost would still be in our budget. We never got tired seeing the lake from this quiet cove. The photos are spot on. Besides being spacious and clean, the furniture, decor and bed linens are all very nice. We spent most of our time cooking, eating and hanging out on the back deck. The kitchen is well stocked. There are a lot of cabinets so be sure to check them all out. There’s a nice selection of wine glasses in the front game room cabinet. We used the single serve coffee maker but it’s nice that there’s also a drip coffee maker for folks to have options. Kaleb has a very friendly, positive personality. He was very accommodating and made sure we knew to let him know if we had any questions. Thanks for sharing your home!

It was a great place for my family to gather. The games in the garage were loved by my grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed was at our fingertips

Stayed here with friends for the Renaissance Fair. Beautiful home and I love the way it's decorated. Eric was a great host and did everything he could for us when we needed it.

My family and I met my daughter and her family to avoid long distance travel from The Woodlands. It was such a peaceful getaway. The house was filled with so much peace and daily scripture reminders throughout the home. After reading the book located in the home of the memory of Kam made it even more special to our heart. We will be donating to the fund in her memory. We will be returning. My grandchildren loved the games and toys that were provided. We enjoyed fishing. My daughter in law took the canoe out and enjoyed her time on the water.

Everything very straightforward when it came to the instructions and checking in and out. The host is a great person who is always there if you have any questions or concerns. She goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. It's a place in which there's lots to do without needing to leave the property.

This place was very relaxing surrounded by nature, every morning and evening we saw deers right outside our window, the kids loved it! The lake is within walking distance and it is great for fishing or kayaking. We didn’t get to use the studio because it was only four of us, but it is a great extra room fully equipped with a kitchenette for larger groups. Our boys loved playing in the basketball and tennis courts, having these amenities was such a big plus for us! Jennifer was a great hostess she was flexible and very responsive. The only thing I would say is that the outdoor furniture could use a bit of TLC. We fully recommend this place and will try to be back soon.

Had a great time would definitely recommend staying at the hen house cute space with all the amenities you would need or want, pond is serene and the area is comfortable.

it was such a a great stay. my family and I had a wonderful time. The cottage is very nice, clean and cozy. Sarah is super responsive and she was such a great host. we will definitely be back.

It was nice staying out in the water and waking up to enjoy coffee while we watching the fish swim by. The rooms worked out great for the amount of guest we had to accommodate. The hosts were super nice and responsive every time . Overall the experience was wonderful

The place was beautiful, well managed, and full of needed supplies the only thing I would recommend is to have a clear path to the house entrance. The grass was very muddy but that’s just my personal opinion. “I don’t like grass” 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wayne responded to me right away when I sent home a message. I would definitely rent from him again. The good: there are plenty of games and water toys to keep you occupies and having fun, the beds are comfy, there is good seating for the amount of sleeping, the boat launch is super helpful with the kayaks. the not so good: the walls are thin, the rooms are tiny, barely bigger than the bed, not a lot of dressing room if that matters to you.

It was great, we loved it and had a great time. They were ver nice and friendly, also very helpful.

I'm so glad me and my family chose this place, it met our expectations. My family and I spent an amazing weekend here. There's a ton of fun activities to do. This was a great place to rest and relax. Merridee's place was perfect for what me and my gfs needed for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The only complaints I have was weak water pressure for kitchen sink and the refrigerator water dispenser did not work. These were minor and I hope to come back one day! Thank you, Merridee!

This cabin was the perfect anniversary getaway! Very quiet and peaceful. Although it did rain most of our visit we were able to sit under the covered area outside and enjoy the sounds of nature! The following morning we were able to take the little boat out and fish. My husband caught 3! Randall was very responsive before and during our stay! Everything you would need was provided! I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

I absolutely loved it! The view is beautiful. It's quiet and relaxing. It's a perfect getaway for yourself or for a couple's getaway. I would book this location again without hesitation.

Great stay for a quick weekend, wish I could’ve stayed longer! Beautiful, peaceful, and just what I needed for a quick reset. Hosts are very communicative and had everything there that was needed. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

I stayed at Mark’s cabin for a Mother’s Day getaway, and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. His son, Andrew, met me to walk me to the cabin and show me around - he was incredibly hospitable! I loved having the cows and sheep around, and the field was full of Texas wildflowers! The cabin is even more lovely than the pictures, complete with a full kitchen and Keurig machine! The plumbing is currently down, as was mentioned in the listing; Mark made sure I was aware of this before booking. It was fine with me, as I’m used to camping, and this felt more like glamping. Just be sure to bring plenty of water bottles and boots, in case of rainy weather, as there will likely be some mud.
