The Great Green Room

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pups and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

RIVER ROOST - River Front/No Cleaning Fee

River Roost is on the beautiful Toccoa River in the heart of the Aska Adventure area across from untouched natural forest. Beautiful river views and easy river access 50 ft from your door. Bring your kayaks/tubes or rent them from a nearby outfitter. Fish the stocked river from the dock, hike, visit the nearby waterfalls. Perfect for a couple's getaway. You'll enjoy exclusive use of the private 1st floor of our mountain home which combines modern convenience, vintage decor and natural beauty.

Nice bedroom with a queen bed, laundry room, sitting room with a sofa bed and a breakfast nook, kitchen with coffee. Several attractions minutes from our driveway. Amicalola Falls State Park, Iron Mountain Park, Burts Pumpkins , Apple Orchards, Chattahoochee National Forest hiking trails, Fausett Sunflowers, Appalachian Trail, AMP, rivers to fish, kayak, and tube.

This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Close to hiking trails, State Pks. trophy trout streams, gorgeous waterfalls, local Wineries, antique shops, and charming small towns. full Kitchen, washer/dryer, bath with full shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!

Your floor is the lower level, 2,600 sq. feet has a private entrance with key pad, laundry, & kitchen. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bonus rooms, 2 bathrooms. Property owners reside in upper level. Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

Quaint and cozy guest suite; centrally located

A renovated retreat close to shopping, restaurants, downtown square, hiking trails, parks, and Lake Lanier. The unit is a private guest suite/studio in the basement of a residence. We offer free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests, a kitchenette equipped with cookware and utensils, a two-burner stovetop, and a Breville toaster oven. The SmartTV is equipped with Roku and guests have free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and MaxHBO. No pets allowed.

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.
