The Market Street House was built in 1860 by Lambert Merklin and his wife. Lamberts was a German baker and confectioner who operated a bakery just a few blocks away from here on Fifth Street. This 2-bedroom home has all the original charm with the convenience of modern amenities and an ideal downtown location. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol.
