There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Cozy log cabin perfectly located a short walk to the beach, a lovely bike ride to Sugar Pines State Park, and 5 mins to Homewood Ski Resort. Strong WIFI and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, gas fireplace in the living room, heaters in bedrooms, and a nice deck w/ a propane bbq. Our cabin is very tiny, yet very comfortable -- perfect for a couple with young children. It is NOT big enough to squeeze in 4 adult-size people. No additional visitors are allowed.
