This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

First off, for a birthday weekend this location made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel with providing the privacy of a home. Memelli’s sweet attention to detail and contribution to the success of my girlfriend and I’s stay was so NICE. For a girlie who does makeup there are essential things that he offers different from regular airbnbs. Also the parking was plentiful for our rented vehicle. For a quick last minute birthday trip this was a spa getaway. THE POOL was so nice and refreshing start for summer. Memelli was so kind in person and he is the sweetest host that we ever encountered and definitely rebooking soon!

I had a fantastic stay! The place is very clean and the host is very communicative and nice. We loved all of the amenities and the beds are super comfy. The airport and downtown are both close distance. I’d recommend anyone to stay at this apartment.

The place was amazing , everything was clean , spotless , nice clean restroom and comfortable bed as well as comfortable couches . Awesome location . And Boris was awesome and always checking on me . He was very helpful throughout my stay and a great host . I recommend this place for sure I would stay here 100 times

Needed a stay in the area for business trip. Was super convenient, clean, peaceful. Nice to have balcony, walking trail nearby. Pretty cool restaurant next door that has bowling, golf sim, and good food next door. Big space, clubhouse, pool, gym solid. Host responsive to help w check in and deets.

Rachel was extremely accommodating and sweet! 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Austin.

Our 2 month stay was magnificent. The place was very comfortable and clean! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the beautiful garden bloom in the Spring and the quiet back porch as an alternative! Joe and Maria were above and beyond helpful and always enjoyed our conversations. Love their dog Lilly as well. It was a joyful 2 months visiting our grandkids and having this beautiful retreat as well! Thanks again Joe and Maria and see you again soon!!!!

This place is so gorgeous. You walk in and it’s like a very cozy, curated museum. The bedrooms were adorable… lots of fun details and personal touches. The kitchen and living area is truly stunning… lots of light and airiness. Would certainly go back again. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and helpful. 10/10 🩷

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

Great place. Wasn’t quite as convenient to downtown Austin as we hoped, but we spent lots of time in the hot tub/pool instead.

My family came for a getaway to disconnect from a busy week. Pavan's home is very nice! We were a little concerned with the quiet hours rule from 11pm-7AM (our kids are very rambunctious and we checked in late in the night!), but we didnt have any issues. The beds were VERY comfortable! The kids really enjoyed the arcade/movie room! The outdoor seating and play area was very peaceful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! no complaints!

Our family evacuated from a hurricane to this property. this is a perfect place to take your family to relax and enjoy time together. We never ran out of things to do the pool the hot tub the game room the cinema everything kept us busy. We love this house and will probably book it again soon.
