The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Located just 3 minutes walk from Bus station and 3 minutes drive from Airport. Building is architectural pearl of Tallinn. Apartment is on the 12 floor - fantastic views to the city and the Baltic sea. Fully equipped and stylish one bedroom apartment: 2 adults and 2 children max. 24h supermarket is just across the street. Italian and Argentinian restaurants is 1 minute walk. A park for children across the street. Dog park 500 m away. Walking distance to the Old Town 1,3 km and to nearest restaurants 300 m. Trendy Telliskivi area is just a 15-minutes walk away. Parking is available in the yard. A small grocery shop just at the front door and an other one a block away.

It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.
