A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

Villa Miranda si trova in Gagliarda a circa 4 km dal centro di Ortona. La villa è recintata e all’interno dispone di parcheggio coperto. In some zones of the house, parts of the original structure in stone and earth emerge, typical of farmhouses of that time, but skilfully restructured with anti-seismic adaptation.
