Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

You can enjoy and relax in this unique destination. In this cottage, there is hot tub where you can see sky full of stars and Northern lights. Inside the cottage, there is original Finnish sauna. Pallas-Ylläs nationalpark about 1hour by car, and Levi ski resort 20min by car. Near this cottage, there is lots Natural paths and snowmobile roads. Supersuositun Äijä-koiran ainutlaatuinen kelomökki Kilpisjärvellä! Ihanteellinen pariskunnille, mökistä näkymät Kilpisjärvelle. Kauppaan ja ravintolaan matkaa 1,5 km. Mökissä lattialämmitys. Keittiössä kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, uuni/hella, liesituuletin ja jääkaappi. Valmiiksi pedatut vuoteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan. Huom! Yläkerran makuutila on alle 120 cm korkea, joten kohde EI sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille henkilöille! Myöskään portaat eivät ole lapsiturvalliset.

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included).
