Rounded by shopping centers, markets, banks, etc... The studio has private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Only the front yard is a common area where you can see other guests. No cleaning or resort fees to pay! Rest and relax in this upgraded luxury home with rustic vibes. This home sits in the Northwest area of Las Vegas (about 20min from strip). It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

Sun’s Vegas ABC Retreat

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
