J’ai passé un séjour incroyable dans cette location! L’appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé, surtout l’accès internet fibre optique. L’emplacement était parfait, y a le T-Choice café en bas de l’immeuble, l’un des meilleurs café où on peut trouver des jeux de société. L’hôte était extrêmement accueillant et serviable, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement de qualité à Carthage et j’espère y revenir bientôt !

Super séjour, Dalila est très professionnel et prend le temps de répondre aux attentes . L'appartement est spacieux et correspond totalement . Seul petit Hic mais sans précédent la clim qui fait beaucoup de bruit parfois ainsi que le pommeau de douche qui est à changer.

L’appartement est situé à Lac 2, une zone très chic de Tunis, tout près de l’aéroport. La communication avec Walid et son entourage était impeccable et la maison propre. Je conseille vivement de séjourner ici.

Hichem byl velmi ochotný a příjemný hostitel, komunikace perfektní, při příjezdu nás došel uvítat a ukázat ubytování, opravdu velmi oceňuji ochotu vyjít vstříc s časem příjezdu a odjezdu na ubytování a přizpůsobit ji naší potřebě. Ubytování bylo čisté, příjemně vonělo. WiFi fungovala bez problému a super byla také možnost připojit se na Netflix. Lokalita trochu dál od obchodu, ale večer velmi klidné. Jako jediné minus bylo, že na terase byl rozbitý slunečník, což bylo při slunečných dnech škoda, také bych do kuchyně vybavila více věci (nože, prkýnko, větší mísa, vařečka a mycí prostředky) při delším pobytu a potřebě vařit to maličko chybělo. Doplnila bych do koupelny předložku a fén. Ale jinak hodnotím ubytování opravdu kladně a kdybych se měla na toto místo znovu vrátit, klidně zase k Hichemovi.

The house was clean, it has everything you’d need! The area is vibrant with many restaurants and cafes around. Mr. khaled was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It's my second time at Nabil's place and will definitely come again. The place is sparkling clean, has 2 air-conditions, close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and anything you will need during your stay. Nabil is very friendly, and 4 he is always there to help and assist anytime. You can find taxis very easily, buy any grocery and sleep in the quietness the flat offers. J’ai passé un agréable séjour. Un endroit très calme et propre.

Houssem was kind and helpful from the first moment we met. We arrived early for check in with a tired 5 year old and Houssem got the place cleaned and ready quicker than the check in time. During our stay he was responsive, quick to reply and had really good recommendations for where to go, which was useful for us because we had not travelled around Tunis before. Houssems apartment was full of modern tech and luxury good quality day to day useful items. If you want city life and like good tech in your apartment then I highly recommend this apartment.

L'appartement de Madame Sihem est propre et très fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. La vue sur la piscine est magnifique. La résidence est calme, familiale, bien sécurisée et très propre. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous avons été accueillis par Nael, le fils de Madame Sihem qui a été très arrangeant et disponible tout le long du séjour. Appartement conforme à la description à recommander sans hésitation. Nous y reviendrons.

Dès mon arrivé, il s'est assuré que nous j’avais tout ce dont j’avais besoin et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec rapidité et gentillesse. L'appartement était propre, bien aménagé et parfaitement conforme à la description. La localisation est idéale, offrant un cadre paisible tout en étant proche des commodités.
