First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

(pool is seasonal) Less than five minutes by car from Sporting Park and MLS Sporting Kansas City, Legends retail center and Kansas speedway. Hollywood Casino right next door. The Azura Bonner Springs Amphitheater is just a short ten minute drive away. Easy access to all the local event centers. Kansas international Airport and Downtown KC 20 minutes. Allergy sufferers - note there is a cat on the property

Cozy large room in quiet neighborhood

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, within a 10 minute drive of everything. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene neighborhood. A large garden is on the property with several varieties of vegetables and fruits grown. The rooms have new hardwood floors throughout. Renovations have been made to all bathrooms. Kitchen includes microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge. Laundry room had both washer and dryer. New ac and furnace installed.

Lynnmark Hideaway

Our settlement was built in 1920. We have a cute apartment above our general store. (one flight of stairs) We offer sweet smells of cinnamon rolls each morning with coffee and pastries right downstairs. We are located right in the middle of town. Basehor is 10 minutes west of Kansas Speedway, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Hollywood casino and Legends shopping area. Lynnmark Mercantile is a 4 minute drive to Holy Field Winery, and 33 minute drive to Historical Lawrence, Kansas

This studio for 2 bed & breakfast has everything you need: private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, WiFi, & TV, Netflix. Located 1 block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & 2 blocks from downtown Weston for easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming stay. In-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages, we can accommodate food allergies. We live upstairs & are available if needed. Read house rules before booking.

Perfect for a unique, exclusive getaway. Set in a 170 year old building with industrial bones and decor, this is the “sister airbnb” to our already popular loft on the north side. Original wood floors, high ceilings, arched windows, and brick walls. Take an elevator upstairs to your oasis above our boutique candle shop. All furnishings and decorating are thoughtfully placed to compliments the beautiful masculine bones of this building.
