In one of Northern Michigan’s premiere small towns, this modern, upstairs condo (20 steps) has a private patio, is across from the beach, steps away from restaurants, fabulous boutiques and movie theater. Wineries, breweries and the Leelanau Tart Trail for walking or cycling are mins away. Leland’s Fishtown, Northport and Traverse City are close by towns to explore. The location is perfect, the condo spacious and beautifully decorated, neither will disappoint:) We can’t accommodate children:(

Arbor School Lofts - Heart of GA

Easy walk to shops, restaurants, the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, and public beaches. This 800+ sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed. A loft area with two twin beds is accessible by a sturdy ladder. The loft can be used by guests 10 years of age or older. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the LR. You may use the sleeper sofa OR the loft area, but not both. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people, regardless of age. We kindly ask that you strictly honor this rule.

The space can also be used as a relaxing home base should you choose to spend your visit exploring the Leelanau Peninsula, Traverse City and the Sleeping Bear Dunes.

My lovely pastoral hilltop; west-facing home is perched high above Lake Michigan. I sit on one of the highest points in Leelanau & my views from my 2nd story residence looks across N. Lake Leelanau, Lake Michigan, and the Manitou Islands! Alas, the apartment is on lower level walk out so no views but peacefulness surrounds you. Park and walk to the French doors around the side. We attract our feathered friends to this house of sky, trees, flower and veggie gardens -- come ENJOY!

Suttons Bay Village Apartment

Private studio apartment in the Village of Suttons Bay. One half block off Main Street, just across from the beach and marina. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. Grab your bike and head down the TART Trail to Traverse City and take the BATA Bus back or just stroll through our quaint unique downtown shops. Travel to local wineries, Leland's Fishtown and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Bicycle storage available in lower level with owner approval. No pets please.

Our charming free-standing apartment offers a private entrance with convenient parking in front. We are located in the center of Leelanau County's Wine Country; a birding, cycling and hiking, paradise. We are within close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and surrounded by miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

Beautiful river views with a short walk to East bay! Located on Traverse City's beautiful East Bay we are minutes from Downtown Traverse City. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. You can enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of sandy beach frontage. You can rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle right off of our sandy beach. Friday and Saturday nights there is live music and S'mores at the fire pit.

Launch your canoe, kayak or paddle boards from our private lawn & enjoy the shared patio outback. Walk two blocks to Lake Michigan beach access or the Historic Leland Fishtown. This Studio offers a carry in Kitchen, microwave, toaster, apartment size fridge, trundle bed and large bathroom.
