Het appartement bevindt zich in hartje Den Haag in de prachtige Archipelbuurt. Het is boutique stijl ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Het heeft twee bad- en slaapkamers naast een woonkamer en keuken. Het appartement is op loopafstand van hartje centrum, supermarkt, bakker, slager en delicatessen zaakjes en maar 10 minuten fietsen naar het strand van Scheveningen. Het gehele huis is recent verbouwd waarbij we zoveel mogelijk orginele details hebben bewaard.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeft men een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
