Peaceful lake retreat centrally located between USC and Fort Jackson. Columbia is the capital city of SC located in the midlands just 2 hours away from the mountains, the beach and the river town of Augusta where The Masters are played. Historic day trips to Charleston, Beaufort or Savanna are easily done. Or, take a stroll in historic downtown Columbia just 15 minutes away. Tennis, frisbee golf, and kayaking in our backyard. Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Take a dip in the pool or hot tub. Check out our garden and chickens. Fire up the grill for dinner and then relax by the fire pit while the sun sets over the pond. Please note: We may stop by to check on the garden/turkeys or to do yard work or maintain the pool and hot tub. The property isn’t 100% private.
