Really enjoyed Marty’s private backyard walk way. Very private space for a bonfire and has a grill and furnitures (chairs and benches) in front of a river. Best spot to hangout if you’re just trying to enjoy some outdoor time.

This cape cod was simply awesome!! We were very comfortable and felt right at home. It was only 5 min from our daughter's dorm which was perfect!!!! Great location and host.

My stay was perfect - the home was quaint, charming, and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The entire place was spotless / clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was handy, right outside of the home on the street. Michael responded quickly to my questions and made me feel at home. I'll be back again!

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

This cabin one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. The decorations could not have been nicer and we had all the things we needed to make ourselves feel at home. We all would recommend staying at Tricias anytime you want to get away in the Utica area. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Only word is wow. Absolutely stunning home in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time ever using AirBnb so I was a bit skeptical but I genuinely don’t think Sarah could have made a better first impression. The house was very clean and Sarah was great with communication and being flexible for our group. It was about an hour drive to Chicago and was the perfect distance to feel relaxed while also close to multiple grocery stores, shopping and etc. I would 10/10 stay here again and I am so happy I got to enjoy such a lovely space with my loved ones for the weekend! 💜

My family of 5 spent 4 days in Kyle and Emily’s residence, which was amazing. The home had all of the necessary amenities, which was greatly appreciated. I found it very hard to leave the home at times, because it was so relaxing, from the beds to the reclining couch. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the area!
