The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

Nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre avion, Grégory a du modifié ce qui été prévu et sa compagne nous a accueillie avec le sourire malgré l’heure tardive. L’appartement est à 5 mn à pied du tram du port, ce qui rend l’accès à l’aéroport ou ville hyper facile. En cette fin septembre l’appartement était au calme et la température idéale .

Bien sauf le canapé lit qui n'est pas super confortable. Les deux autres lits sont bien.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

We had a great stay at Antoine’s place. Everything was 10/10. Great location, nice neighbourhood with lots of places to eat. Special thanks to Rita for welcoming us warmly and explaining everything. Definitely recommend this place!!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

What an incredible hidden gem to find Walter and Sandra’s home in Coaraze. It’s not often that the photography doesn’t do the house justice, but the home is even MORE beautiful in person. The views from every level of the house, and every window, are breathtaking. The home really is a work of art, and you can tell that every book, vase, decoration etc. was placed intentionally and with care. The house doesn’t feel sterile, and you immediately feel at home with all of the amenities and fully stocked necessities. Walter was very responsive, and immediately answered any questions that we had during our stay. Can’t recommend the home highly enough.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo soggiorno, sicuramente torneremo. Appartamento perfettamente organizzato negli spazi e nei servizi, bellissima posizione con visuale sul golfo di Lerici, apprezzabile sia di giorno che di notte. Proprietari gentili e disponibili nel fornire indicazioni.

Casa luminosa, pulita e moderna. Host molto disponibile. L'unica nota neutra è da ricercare nella posizione, molto vicina ad una grossa strada (non si sentono rumori), la casa è circondata da Bamboo molto densi che coprono un po' la visuale dalle finestre del piano superiore. In generale, esperienza positiva!

Un alloggio a dir poco impeccabile. Pulizia e ordine il punto forte. HOST sempre disponibile e reattivo a ogni nostra richiesta Snack e drink di benvenuto la ciliegina sulla torta. Consiglio Andrea e la sua struttura per il relax,riposo e comfort.

Cavi è tranquilla e piccola ma offre comunque i servizi piu utili come bar, supermercati, ristoranti. Con il minimo spostamento, anche via treno , è possibile spostarsi e visitare molti altri punti mare ed entroterra. Host super gentile e disponibile, casa perfetta come nelle foto e completa di tutto, davvero tutto.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral & ist mit allem ausgestattet,was es braucht. Der Check-In hat beim 2.Anlauf&mit sofortiger Hilfe von Giuseppe gut geklappt. Er war immer erreichbar bei Fragen oder Anliegen&war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

房東人非常友善，一直與我們保持聯繫。 房源在5樓，因為位於熱鬧的街道，一直到凌晨四點都能聽到街上吵鬧的聲音，如果介意的人建議戴耳塞。其餘都很棒～ 步行可到許多景點，若追求熱鬧的人非常推薦！

What a magical view from this beautiful condo. Finding it was a little challenging, especially in the rain , and it is quite a chore to get heavy luggage up to the unit, but so well worth it. It’s a post card view from the unit. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the quaint neighborhood.

Un grand merci à Andréa et fédérica pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Le logement est parfait, la vue est exceptionnelle et tout est fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias
