Coastal cottage sits one block from the ocean and a short walk from the community center where there are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts available for a day charge, as well as a small playground for the kids. With a newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, and an updated half bath, this 3 bedroom on the 2nd floor, with slightly steep stairs 1.5 bath getaway is the perfect spot to stay in by the fireplace, or walk down to the ocean to catch the gorgeous sunset.

Our off-the-grid, solar-powered cottage is nestled within our 18 acres in the town of Washington, Maine. The cottage borders a beautiful stream, is surrounded by tall pines and is several hundred feet away from our home, providing a very private and serene experience. Guests can wander or snowshoe on our property, relax in the screen house next to the cottage or hang by the accessible fire pit. We are close to many local lakes and hiking trails and only 30 minutes from Camden & Rockland.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

Desk with desktop computer, a sitting area with couch and large roku TV, dining area with fridge, microwave, electric stove & oven, kitchen sink, keurig & many appliances. Private bathroom with shower. Shared entrance where you might see owner working at desk in reception area but the stairs are close by and the space is very private.
