What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

We recently stayed for 4 weeks as our house was being renovated. The house is fantastic great garden and great sunny room in the morning / early afternoon at the back of the house. Owners are great super responsive, super clean when we arrived. Would strongly recommend. Great dog walking in sturton. Thanks Elly and Ernie just what we needed

Had a great stay just a couple of minutes from the beach the place was very quiet and very welcoming the host are great with there communication and on hand if we needed them will recommend to friends and family and will visit again in the future thank you Lisa and Andy

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Great value and location. Close to city but not noisy at night. Stocked well with kitchen utensils and tea/coffee. Towels provided. Be aware large cars may find it a squeeze in the parking bay (the car beside us had not parked considerably) but there is free street parking after 5. Swift and helpful contact from the hosts.

Svårt att tänka sig bättre läge för att utforska de mysigaste stadsdelarna med dess historia, shopping och restauranger! Vi unnade oss middag på Cosy Club och Vida by Lorentes som verkligen var fantastiska! Närheten till matbutiker och frukostbröd var också mycket uppskattad. Boendet är väldigt bekvämt och lugnt, i alla fall efter klockan 22 då restaurangen på innergården stängt. Innan dess är det ganska högljudd musik onsdag till lördag men det var inga problem för oss. Till och med lite trevligt med bra musik. 😊 Bra med dubbla badrum! Vi uppskattade att det fanns förbrukningsvaror som toalettpapper, diskmaskinstabletter, te, tvål och även Netflix. Parkering i området är väldigt dyr men det finns ett bra (men trångt) parkeringshus ett kvarter bort. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vi fick bra tips om området. Värden och boendet rekommenderas varmt för en familj som vill utforska Nottingham till fots!

lovely place to stay at. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. the apartment is perfect for a little weekend get away while still having the benefit of feeling at home. unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to family events but will definitely be rebooking when we can.

I highly recommend staying at Anna’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed were provided. Anna was very helpful in providing instructions with check in and information about where we could park. The breakfast products were also a lovely personal touch.

We stayed here as we were travelling for a wedding. Angie was great - very communicative and was able to be flexible around our arrival time. She was also able to fit a child gate for extra safety which was very appreciated.

If you’re looking for a fun and convenient beach getaway, this spot is absolutely ideal.

Fantastic stay, location couldn't be better - a stone's throw from the beach and a huge range of bars, restaurants, shops etc but set back on a side street so is also very quiet. The flat is nicely decorated and clean, with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home - it's clear Kelly has put a lot of thought and effort into the place. Thanks for having us, and we'll definitely be coming back!

Valerie and John are fantastic hosts, with a beautiful flat in a stunning location. The flat itself was pristine, easy to find, in a perfect location for the surrounding area and spacious. The kitchen was Beautiful, easy to use and so much bigger than it seems in the photo. I can't recommend any of Valerie's rooms enough!

A beautiful home like feeling in this apartment, good location and lots of things around to do. Parking was so handy too! Hosts were so friendly and checked in to make sure we were okay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful lodge in a quiet surrounding just perfect to chill for a few days. Excellent very well maintained little extra made this well worth the money, though we didn’t see our hosts and this is most definitely not a negative as we prefer that we also knew that if there was anything me required or needed they were on hand. Highly recommended.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
