Evangelos is a great host, who was communicating on time and giving clear instructions. The house looked exactly like the pictures and it was clean. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms and was well equipped.

Lovely place with a nice garden by Olympus mountain. Very good location for excursions, hiking etc. The village is traditional , ideal for calm holidays. Christos has been very friendly and helpful, we are thankful to have spent our Easter holidays in this accommodation. Thank you !

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Dieses schöne große Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer, der erste Kaffee wird durch Ruhe, Sonnenaufgang und Meerblick versüßt. im Oktober bei mäßigem Klima und außerhalb der Saison hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit. Πολύ όμορφο μέρος,καθαρός χώρος,σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για δραστηριότητες στον Όλυμπο,καθαρό και κατάλληλο για το κατοικίδιο μας. Βέβαια αν είσαι ψηλός πρεπει να σκύβεις λιγο για να περνάς απο τις πόρτες, ευτυχώς εγω δεν ειχα πρόβλημα με αυτο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!😁😊

Μείναμε στο studio 2 ημέρες για τα Χριστούγεννα με την οικογένειά μου. Το σπίτι είναι όπως τις φωτογραφίες, δηλαδή πολύ ωραίο! Επειδή δεν υπάρχουν φωτογραφίες του μπάνιου και του ιδιωτικού κήπου, να πω ότι το μπάνιο είναι ανακαινισμένο όπως και ο υπόλοιπος χώρος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Όσο για τον κήπο να πω ότι οι κόρες μου 1,5 ετών και 11 ετών, τον λάτρεψαν, καθώς είναι προσεγμένος, καθαρός και ήταν μια καλή ευκαιρία να έρθουν σε επαφή με την φύση. Εκτός της πλήρους εξοπλισμένης κουζίνας με όλα τα απαραίτητα κουζινικα σκεύη, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν προνοητικός καθώς υπήρχε και κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών, κάτι απαραίτητο όταν ταξιδεύεις με παιδιά, όπως και κουτί με είδη ραπτικής!!!! Να προσθέσω ότι, όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω με τον ιδιοκτήτη η ανταπόκριση του ήταν τάχιστη και η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση. Προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα να μείνει οποιοσδήποτε, με παιδιά ή χωρίς, αλλά και οποιαδήποτε περίοδο. Σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και για τα κεράσματα!

Wir waren in Familie mit 3 Generationen im Cozy Family Haus und waren begeistert. Unsere 3-jährige Enkelin und unser Familienhund Leo haben sich von Anfang an auf dem Grundstück und im Haus wohl gefühlt. Obwohl unsere Ankunftszeit sich extrem verspätete, haben unsere Gastgeber uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank und frisch gekochtem traditionellen Essen überrascht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Der "wilde" Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist wenig genutzt, es geht flach in das Wasser und ist gut für Kinder geeignet. Leider ist er nicht gepflegt, so dass angespülter Müll herumliegt. Etwas weiter findet man einen Strandabschnitt mit Strand-Bars, dort sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die Nutzung ist meistens kostenlos, wenn Getränke bestellt werden. Beau logement et très belle extérieur avec deux terrasses. Très belle piscine avec des sièges des fauteuils et des tables ainsi que des parasols. Plage à proximité (100m à pied) avec très bon restaurant. La connexion internet malgré les efforts du propriétaire (il a changé le router de suite merci ) était problématique mais c’était le seul petit problème. Il faut une voiture pour faciliter les déplacements. On a passé des très bonnes vacances et on recommande l’endroit. Merci

Dirk has an amazing house. Huge living room, and huge yard. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's located 2km from the beach, but that's actually a plus - you are away from the crowd and the noise. Highly recommend !

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Aanbevelingswaardig. Hele fijne host die altijd bereikbaar was, snel reageerde. Het huis is onderdeel van een nieuw complex met 4 identieke huizen met ieder een eigen zwembad. Erg netjes, heel goed onderhouden, in een rustige omgeving. 15 minuten lopen van het strand, met de auto zijn wat leuke uitjes te doen. Wij vonden het dorpje Pantaleimonas erg mooi en canyoning bij Mount Olympus (bij Baseline) was een mooie ervaring met onze tieners. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Die Villa ist einfach großartig! 6 geräumige Schlafzimmer, tolle, bequeme Matratzen und genügend Badezimmer. Wir waren zu zweit und es war großartig. Die Lage ist einzigartig, denn die Villa hat ein direkten Zugang zum Meer mit eigenen Liegen und Schirme. Der Pool ist ebenfalls hervorragend, wenn man keine Lust auf das Meer hat, kann man sich im Pool entspannen. Die Villa hat wirklich genügend Plätze für größeren Gruppen. Vor dem Pool 3 größere Sitzgruppen bieten Platz und im Wohnzimmer 2 große Sitzgruppen und ein großer Tisch. Ebenfalls in der Küche. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit den modernsten Utensilien. Es fehlte an nichts. Qualität überall. Noch sehr erwähnenswert ist, dass das Haus mit ,für den griechischen Verhältnissen, schnellsten Internet ausgestattet ist und in allen Zimmern sind die Wlan Verstärker da, das heißt, man hat überall sehr guter Empfang. für uns ist es sehr wichtig gewesen, da wir nur Online arbeiten und das immer überall. Elisabeth hat sich immer sehr gekümmert, war jederzeit erreichbar. Perfekte Ansprechpartnerin. Uns gefiel alles sehr und freuen wir uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

The house is very nice - the backyard has always a shade and there is enough space for everyone to sit outside and chill. Also beach, few restaurants and small supermarket in few minutes distance. The only thing that has to be noted is there is no aircon in the bedrooms (2nd floor) so it can get a bit hot during the day but opening the windows wide was good enough for the nights. The host is very responsive - we asked for a baby chair and they bring us a brand new one together with some other baby stuff.

Pantelis and his mother not only welcomed us to their house but also to their family. They are really nice and helpful persons. The house is very close to the sea, 2 min walk to the beach. You can even hear the waves when the sea is agitated. The village is quiet, the beach is not crowded, their is a nice bar with chairs and umbrellas, you just have to buy something to drink in order to use them. The water is warm and clean. Supermarkets are 5-10min on foot. We only went to eat to two tavernas, the food was good, but only a few kinds of food and we preferred going to Nei Pori (9 km away) to eat every day. There were a lot of mosquitos in the evening, probably because of the rain before our arrival.

Sehr nette Gegend, tolle Gastgeberin, saubere und serh gut ausgestatete Haus für Feriengäste,schönen Blick auf Olimp, Meer nicht zu weit, ca 10 Min zu Fuss, Samt Sand am Strand, sehr nette Nachbarschauft und Ruhe zum entspannen- Toll!

This house is located in a small village. In walking distance of 2 supermarket, a cafe with wonderful souflaki. Neighbors are very friendly and good-natured. The hostess of the house surprised by incredible hospitality. The house was very clean. I lived in this house for almost a month. Our children went to play a playground, which is 5 minutes walk from the house. Maria has always been with us in contact and answered all the questions you are interested in. If you choose this house, you will not regret. Nearby are many attractions that you should see and visit personally. These are Mount Olympus, the city and the Dion Museum, two waterfall 10 and 15 minutes, also 15 minutes to the beach by car and much more.

Wir verlebten trotz hoher Temperaturen (35 Grad) am Olymp und Umgebung eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Garten, wo es ständig neue Sachen zu entdecken gibt. Die Kommunikation mit Nikolaos war bestens, so dass ich die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen kann, der Mobil ist und keine Touristenhotspots braucht.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Andreas hat uns sehr nett empfangen und mit guten Tipps für nah und fern versorgt. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig gelegen, einen Katzensprung zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und den Kindern hat es auch riesig gefallen.

It was a pleasure staying at Vesna's place.💗 She is very responsive and always willing to help/communicate. The place is cozy with a clean bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed and more. The location is great, very near the city center and the beach. Restaurants and markets are all within walking distance, so that is another plus. The only thing we would recommend to the next guests when using the internet is to first click on the WPS button placed on the right front side of the small white router located in the living room, because otherwise the devices might not locate/"see" the router and you won't be able to connect. This is designed to create a safe and private network. We had this problem but managed to fix it. Vesna was of course kind and helped us by putting effort in calling the internet company. The internet itself is excellent. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and we highly recommend this accomodation! All the best to Vesna! 🌸😊💖💎
