Just 2 hours from Manhattan, the home is 12 min from LManor, where you can enjoy a day in nature and venture out to NYC-quality restaurants and breweries in the evening. There is also great access to hiking, fly fishing, and snow sports. Our newly built, air-conditioned home has vaulted ceilings, bright sunlight, designer furniture, and forest views. The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. Enjoy a private getaway in Livingston Manor! Our light-filled house is designed for entertaining, with an open plan and fully-stocked kitchen, and lots of local character. The rocky creek behind the huge yard is great for wading. In winter a woodstove keeps you cozy while you look through oversize picture windows at the snow. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.

There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Butternut Farm Cottage

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
