Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Afonfa - Riverside Cottage - Sleeps 6

Located on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn, at the end of a private drive, Afonfa is the perfect cottage for families and groups. The semi-detached cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep a total of six people. The ground floor of this fully refurbished cottage has a large kitchen diner, with comfortable lounge area with two sofas and flat screen TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The first floor family bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.
