Live and breathe the Serra de La Tramuntana, a world heritage mountain range in Mallorca. The apartment is situated in the center of a traditional Mallorcan mountainside village, Mancor de Vall. The mountain is your playground. You can walk out the door and hike up the mountain, or drive a short distance to numerous different starting routes for all levels! Many hiking paths can be done by bike or you can road bike up to Lluc or out in any direction on the island as Mancor is in the middle!

Unser Haus liegt in der Nähe von Cafés, Geschäften, Restaurants, Apotheken, Supermärkten. Es liegt im Herzen von Valldemossa,  in einer ruhigen Strasse. Einfacher Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und der Parkplatz ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Valldemossa ist das perfekte Dorf zum Entspannen, in der Nähe von Palma und anderen Orten auf der Insel (20 Minuten-Palma/30 Minuten- Flughafen).Unser Haus  ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (sowie mit Kindern).

This is a charming old stone house completely renovated in a modern, fresh style, conveniently located in the heart of Mallorca. Less than 30 minutes to the sea. We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. The house has a/c all around, heating, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 suites with comfy beds and bathroom. Stay tax to be paid on arrival.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante gracias a su piscina y terrazas con agradables vistas donde podrán disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa. Acceso hasta la vivienda en coche y parking propio. La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Haus in einer natürlichen Umgebung, mit einem mediterranen Wald von mehr als 4 Hektar, um schlendern zu können. Raum der absoluten und exklusiven Ruhe. Pool und Terrasse, um die wärmeren Monate zu genießen. Sehr zentral. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen, 20 Minuten von Palma de Mallorca, 30 Minuten vom Strand Trenc, 30 Minuten von den Calas de Mallorca entfernt. Zusätzlich zu 5 Minuten vom Haus werden wir Restaurants mit typischen Gerichten und internationaler Küche genießen.

Sehr ruhig und sonnig, eine unvergleichliche Lage. Das Dorf Fornalutx wurde für seine Umweltschutzbemühungen mit mehreren europäischen Preisen ausgezeichnet. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 10–15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, sodass Sie Tage am Strand von Port de Sóller verbringen und den vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten nachgehen können. Es befindet sich im Herzen der Serra de Tramuntana und ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Ideal house for hikers, cyclists, families (with children) or any person who wants to enjoy our endearing landscapes full of peace, gastronomy and Mallorcan culture. The house is located close to Santa Eugenia and Santa Maria, between vineyards. Just to 20 minutes from the airport or Palma City. Excellent place for cycling routes, tracking or golf (Golf Park Mallorca Puntiro) and of course, visit our beautiful and warm beaches

Lugares de interés: restaurantes de gran prestigio, playas, campos de Golf etc.. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a Vistas a la montaña, restaurantes de gran prestigio,mercado tradicional, playas, campos de Golf, degustación de productos de la Isla etc.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, familias (con hijos), y grupos grandes. y para ciclistas con carage de acceso privado con llave para bicicletas..

Coqueta casa de camp a Mallorca

Nuestra casa os espera! Si quieres sentirte un isleño, nuestra casa es ideal! Zona bien comunicada, con vecinos y en en un pueblo con muchos servicios. No dudes en escribirme ! Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones). Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
