Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Diese Wohnung in der ersten Reihe des Meeres verfügt über 3 Doppelzimmer, eines davon mit Bad en suite. Das andere Badezimmer befindet sich gleich den Flur hinunter. Die Küche (voll ausgestattet) ist im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer und die Promenade geöffnet. Balkon / Terrasse und Waschküche. Kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in allen Zimmern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es nachts, insbesondere im Sommer, in der Nähe laute Bars gibt.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
