This unique cosy cottage (c.1880) was originally the annex of a larger property and is now a family run holiday home in the heart of the Welsh Valleys. It is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, Aberdare Park and Dare Valley Country Park. Rail/Bus station 15 min walk. By car attractions are easily accessible - Brecon Beacons, Pen y Fan, Zip World, Rock UK Climbing Centre, Bike Park Wales. Beautiful mountains, waterfalls, and country walks. Escape to the Bannau Brychieniog / Brecon Beacons National Park and stay in our cosy shepherd's hut. The 'Bee Hive' hut is close to the village of Penderyn and next to Beili Helyg Farm. The hut has a double bed, kitchen & dining area with folding table, fridge & ice box, combi microwave oven, double induction hob and Belfast sink. There is a shower room with flushing toilet. Below the master bed is an alcove with a futon for a child to sleep comfortably. Decking, fire pit, BBQ, WiFi & TV.
