Welcome to the ground floor apartment of our family home situated on a quiet street in the Pollokshields, Glasgow. Our house has generous shared gardens front and back, with a sauna, plunge and fire pit area for guests to use. The gardens are brilliant for younger children to explore, with a treehouse, mud kitchen, climbing frame, slides and plenty of trees to climb. We are creating a forest garden landscape, with fruit trees, native species, bug hotels and a pond to encourage bio-diversity.

French doors open to a terrace area and to a huge, open grassed area, surrounded on two sides by the loch. A spacious living area, with a gas flame stove, a superbly equipped modern kitchen. There are two large king size bedrooms ( 1 en suite shower) and a twin room. TV, Play Jacuzzi bath and sauna. WiFi allows you to play or work remotely.

There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated.
