Just a quick walk to the Logan Square Blue Line L stop, you'll be able to get downtown and back with ease. Cozy up by the electric fireplace when it's chilly or take a stroll through the vibrant neighborhood in nice weather. Here, you're sure to feel at home. Please note - my 2 children (9,4) live upstairs with me half time, awake 7am weekdays, 8am weekends

Beautiful house with high ceilings on the 1st floor. Lovely kitchen with nice appliances. 2 cozy bedrooms upstairs. One with a queen and the other has 3 twins.

Best in Chicago, private, amazing garden space

We offer the highest standards of cleanliness. Excellent workspace with fast wifi and beautiful outdoor deck and garden space to relax. Family friendly with additional kid/baby toys and supplies. The most popular Airbnb in Illinois (Buzzfeed, Aug. 2017). After 15 years hosting we still enjoy making our space special…as one reviewer commented, "The pictures don't really do justice to how beautiful the apartment is. I will miss having my morning coffee while overlooking the tranquil garden."

Relax in your private 1st (ground) floor unit on a quiet tree-lined residential street. The living & dining rooms are furnished with brand new sofas & multiple vintage pieces perfect for spreading out & relaxing or cooking dinner in the updated kitchen. A cleaning fee has already been included in the nightly rate. Excessive mess will result in additional fees.

Art filled apartment in Logan

This first floor apartment is filled with art. It has new kitchen and bathroom. All the comforts of home in a great location filled with restaurants, bars, shopping, and parks. The backyard did perfect for dinning and has a hammock. Easy commute downtown and to O’Hara airport. We are happy to host children but the apartment is in no way child proof. Nor are there any supplies or equipment. This is a charming older building and unfortunately the wood floors do creak.

Our 1st floor apartment and it’s location in Avondale/Logan Square will leave you impressed. Only a quick walk to the Logan Sq CTA Blue Line stop and our street is full of families and long time residents.
