Rundum ein super Airbnb und ein super Gastgeber! Sehr gut hat uns gefallen dass Nicola beim ein und aus checken super flexibel war und er nicht vor Ort sein musste. Die Empfehlungen für Restaurants und sightseeing waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgewählt! Wenn wir fragen hatten, wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet . Die Location war genau so wie sie auf den Bildern beschrieben war , ein wundervoller Ausblick mit einer Hütte in privater und gemütlicher Lage ! Gerne wieder!

Great location and astonishing views. Ideal place for a New Year’s Eve as you can enjoy amazing fireworks from the jacuzzi, this is something truly magical. Can’t recommend this place enough as it was a really special and spectacular experience.

Deze accomodatie is geweldig. Je kan hier echt tot rust komen en genieten van het geweldige uitzicht en van de sauna/hottub. Uiteraard geen overdreven luxe in deze accommodatie maar dat heeft wel z’n charme. Silvia was een geweldige host. Ze reageerde snel en we hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van haar tips. Naast dat ze heerlijke honing voor ons regelde van een lokale imker kregen we ook nog een paar heerlijke pizza’s 👍. Deze accommodatie en host zijn zeker aan te raden.

Wir wollten eine traumhafte Aussicht und wir haben sie bekommen. Aus allen Zimmern, vom Balkon und aus dem Whirlpool blickt man auf die Berge und den Comer See. Die Sonne steht im April morgens ab 10.00 Uhr auf der Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool und der Sonnenuntergang ist direkt gegenüber zwischen den Bergen - besser geht es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea war schnell und sehr nett. Auch die Beschreibungen, die man vorher bekommt, sind sehr hilfreich, da die Auffahrt bereits ein Abenteuer ist. ;-) Angekommen gibt man den Code ein, bekommt den Schlüssel und parkt sein Auto in der Garage. Sobald man durch das Tor die obere Etage erreicht hat, beginnt der WOW-Effekt und der Urlaub. Alles Weitere ist anhand der Ordner, die mit Bedienungsanleitungen, Restaurant-, Taxi- und Ausflugsempfehlungen zur Verfügung stehen, dann völlig relaxt. Genaus das, was wir wollten. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir zum Glück noch 2 Tage verlängern konnten.

Hôte disponible et flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Vue à couper le souffle et piscine chauffée très appréciable. Logement chaleureux qui dispose de tout l’essentiel et plus encore… Literie propre et très confortable. Merci à Rodolpho pour les petites attentions (petit déjeuner, snacks et apéro…). Emplacement unique ! Nous avons laissé la voiture à 5min à pieds et Rodolpho nous a conduit à la maison (chemin très étroit). Expérience unique idéale pour se couper du monde ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et cette fois-ci avec le soleil !

Abbiamo soggiornato con piacere per qualche giorno nell’alloggio di Elena. Posizione ottima, si esce di casa con gli sci! Perfetta per gli amanti della montagna. Per raggiungere la casa abbiamo utilizzato il contatto di Elena, il Sig Abele ci ha accompagnato fino in casa con mezzo adatto alle condizioni della strada che è chiusa al transito. La Baita è in ottimo stato, nonostante isolata ha tutti i comfort. La seggiovia è a pochi passi con un leggero dislivello ma fattibile. Serata splendide con stellate incredibili in un silenzio quasi surreale per chi non è abituato. Penso proprio ci torneremo.

Der Aufstieg war tatsächlich etwas beschwerlich, aber hat sich gelohnt! Die Aussicht ist super, niemand weit und breit. Die Bettwäsche hat super gerochen. Greta und ihre Familie waren wirklich mehr als zuvorkommend. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben.

grazie a Jessica e Andrea...che ci hanno accolto come parte della loro famiglia. Famiglia vuol dire essere aperti, accogliere le diverse abitudini,fare posto ai viaggiatori che arriveranno con simpatia e solidarietà. Un organizzazione impeccabile ,che ci ha fatto sentire a "casa"... contornata da un bellissimo paesaggio, suggestivo e totalmente rilassante per chi vuole staccare mente e assaporare il fresco della montagna...,serate stellare e risate in loro compagnia. Very cosy studio apartment complete with pellet stove. Very comfortably positioned in Alta Valtellina to reach Bormio/Santa Caterina with the car. We were met at check-in by Graziella, Donatella’s neighbour, who was extremely welcoming and provided fantastic suggestions for hikes starting from the house and local restaurants. Thank you!!

La posizione è ottimale per chi cerca pace lontano dai rumori della città, il panorama ci ha fatto compagnia ogni mattina mentre facevamo colazione e ogni sera di ritorno dalle passeggiate fino a che non faceva buio. La casa è estremamente accogliente, c’è tutto il necessario per poter stare comodi e al caldo. La cucina e la zona divano/tavolo per mangiare è spaziosa e ci si muove bene anche in più persone, il bagno al piano terra è grande e fornito di tutto il necessario, mentre la zona notte al piano superiore è talmente accogliente che appena toccavamo il letto ci addormentavamo. La chicca di questo chalet è proprio ciò che trasmette appena si entra, questa sensazione familiare, ci si sente subito a casa. Inoltre Barbara è stata sempre molto disponibile e ha risposto prontamente alle nostre domande o richieste, suo marito alla nostra richiesta di altre lenzuola si è precipitato da noi per portarcele. In generale il servizio fornito secondo noi è stato impeccabile.

Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und total nett. Sie haben uns mit einem flackernden Kamin begrüßt und es gab Prosecco und Kuchen als Geschenk, das war sehr aufmerksam. Die Gegend ist super, ruhig und toll zum Fahrrad (MTB) fahren und wandern. In dem Dorf sind alle sehr nett, der kleine Minimarkt ist sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an einheimischen Käse und Wurst und Fleisch und Brot. Es gibt auch ein tolles Restaurant „Nadi‘s Homerestaurant“, es ist aber nur mit Reservierung möglich dort einzukehren. Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen, die Terrasse ist ein Traum mit tollem Blick auf den See. Wir hatten eine super Woche…wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Je n'ai pas envie de dire du bien de ce logement de peur de ne plus avoir de places pour l'année prochaine 😁. Vous l'avez compris, c'est un excellent logement mais surtout des hôtes supers sympas. Le cadre est idyllique, situé à distance égale du Lago di Lugano et du Lago di Como. Une voiture rehaussée est bien utile pour passer le chemin pavé. Le logement de Claudia et Luca a tout le nécessaire pour passer un moment en famille et décompresser. Claudia et Luca sont des hôtes très attentionnés qui répondent à toutes nos questions rapidement. ( Cela m'a été utile suite à un problème de voiture). Les chevaux ont été un plus pour ma fille qui a été ravie de pouvoir s'en occuper avec Claudia. Je recommande ce logement grandement à toute personne qui cherche le calme, des paysages magnifiques, des hôtes géniaux, et situé à 20min des grands lacs italiens. Que demander de plus? 😉

traumhafte Lage wenn man es ruhig und einsam mag. schöne Wanderwege starten direkt im Dorf. Für die Anreise ist gutes Schuhwerk wichtig da man ca. 20 Minuten auf einem idyllischen Waldpfad laufen muss. das häuschen ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. bei schlechtem Wetter kann allerdings der Strom knapp werden, Adolfo ist allerdings sehr hilfsbereit . wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit dort.

Giordano war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns geholfen zu der Hütte zu gelangen, da bei der Anreise unser SUV leider Probleme hatte. Er hat uns familiär aufgenommen und wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Durch die abgelegene Lage ist es der perfekte Ort um allem Stress zu entgehen und einfach abschalten zu können. Die Wander und Fahrrad region ist atemberaubend schön! Gerne wieder.

Nous avons adoré l'endroit, autant le logement impeccable que l'environnement paisible. Gabriella a été une hôte prévenante et sympathique. Notre séjour a été parfait.

alessandros rustico is a beautiful place. very spacious , super comfortable. it has a amazing view and is very quite. there are plenty of nice walks to do. the farmers futher up in the mountains make very good cheese. it is only about 7 min walk to the car. but for the dirt road you need a good car with enough space under the body. we love to come back

Una delle migliori esperienze. La casa è davvero meravigliosa. Finemente ristrutturata, con grande cura di elementi e materiali. Cucina molto spaziosa, ritrovo ideale anche per pre/ post cena e decisamente ben fornita di elettrodomestici e utensili (addirittura coltelli Sanelli, come i nostri). Siamo stati per 3 giorni di sci, quindi non abbiamo sfruttato il giardino, ma risulta essere un fantastico spazio esterno per la bella stagione. L'accesso al pian terreno è molto comodo per lasciare giacche, scarpe e caschi. I bagni comodi e funzionali, con docce comode ed ampie, soprattutto per chi come noi ha bimbi da docciare a fine giornata. Antonio è un Host premuroso, disponibile, molto attento ed estremamente reattivo. L'accesso in self check-in comodo e chiaro, con un bel filmato guida con il quale è impossibile non trovare L'accesso, in zona pedonale. Dalla casa siamo andati a piedi alla Snow Eagle, con una passeggiata di 10 min, lasciando l'attrezzatura presso le piste. Da ripetere!!!

Ci siamo davvero goduti il soggiorno alla baita, che è rustica ma dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più, pulitissima e più bella che nelle foto. Luciano è un host perfetto, discreto e sempre disponibile. Il sentiero per raggiungere la baita è breve e comodo (non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a trovarla con le indicazioni precisissime di Luciano) e il piccolo sforzo di portarsi le proprie cose e la spesa viene ampiamente ripagato dalla tranquillità assoluta, una volta arrivati. Tornare la sera dopo una camminata (ce ne sono di bellissime, senza dover usare l'auto) era come tornare a casa. La nostra cagnolona ha trovato un amico sempre pronto al gioco nello splendido Oléo, insomma non potevamo davvero chiedere di più. Perfetto per chi cerca silenzio e natura, ma non vuole trovarsi eccessivamente isolato.

I recently stayed at Alice's House, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The house boasts an absolutely stunning view, far surpassing what the photos can capture. Every morning, waking up to such a breathtaking panorama was a highlight of our stay. The house itself is impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Nicola, the owner, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions for everything we needed and offered fantastic recommendations for local activities and attractions. His hospitality truly made our visit special. Alice's House is perfect for large families, with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. We brought our dog along, and there was ample space outside for him to play and explore. The surrounding area is rich with nature and offers a variety of interesting things to do and see. I highly recommend Alice's House to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we would love to come back again next time we decide to come to Bormio. Amazing and beautiful location. Great views across the town and almost halfway up the mountain to Bormio 2000. Our hosts were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Thanks to the hosts for making our stay so great!

Wir waren im April mit zwei Hunden dort. Die Lage ist sehr schön und es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Bach. Mit dem Auto ist man auch sehr schnell im Nationalpark. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten sogar früher in die Unterkunft als geplant. Der Gastgeber war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Angaben. Die Aufteilung auf die drei Stockwerke mit eigenen Eingangstüre und Extra-Schlüsseln war sehr praktisch. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit den Hunden spazieren gehen. Wir haben auch schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Meran und Trento gemacht.
