Located on 66 acres of rolling farmland and wooded countryside, this restored, 19th century log cabin is rustic but not the least bit primitive. A massive stone fireplace makes relaxing in the winter cozy. Enjoy your morning coffee along with a beautiful view of Ohio farmland from the screened-in porch. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

The Brewery District is a historical area located just south of downtown Columbus and west of German Village. It’s filled with the history, charm, and a bustling social scene. This newly renovated historical home with high end furnishings features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and off street parking. We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

Beautifully renovated one bedroom condo in the older neighborhood of North Hilltop. There are several shops, most notably Third Way Cafe, within walking distance and it is around the corner from Grandview and Franklinton which are great dinner and drink neighborhoods with many restaurants and breweries. Conveniently located right off I-70 for quick commuting. Private parking. Well behaved pets allowed. Laundry on site. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/EVENTS.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

1868 Italianate Casa

Our home was built in 1868, we have had a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are a work in progress. You will find vision boards on what are goals for preserving this old but beautiful place. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
