My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

The two bedroom, 2 bath Victorian Heth House is the perfect location to get ready for your big wedding day or have room to roam while at Bearpen. Named after the owner’s family, one quickly appreciates the simplicities of yesteryear. The spacious cabin features a charming great room, wrap around porch and all the gingerbread details one would expect in a vintage 20th century home. Sleeps up to 8 with 2 queen sofa beds. Breakfast pastry basket, yogurt, juice, coffee included each morning.

Lake Front property with everything your friends and family need. Fish, paddle board or kayak, swim, hang out by the fire pit, or relax under the pavilion. This remodeled 3-bedroom 2 bath home has an open floorpan with views overlooking the lake. Relax in the screened in porch and take in the amazing sunsets. Hang out in the game room (detached from home) with pool table, dart board and two sofa beds . Cast a line off the private dock or use the two paddle boards and one kayak provided.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.
