One of the BEST Airbnbs I've had the pleasure to stay at! 🏠🧡 I booked it last minute & Pamela was so sweet, very responsive and accomodating. The home looks exactly like the pics: beautifully decorated, comfy, VERY clean and with all of the essentials needed to have a perfect stay. We loved our stay at Joan and Paul's place. Very new and clean, and it included all the things they listed, including beach towels for us to use at the beach. Super close to restaurants and shopping, and the beach. Very proactive and responsive hosts... felt like if we needed anything, we could ask. Thanks for a great stay!

Très belle maison dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec une vue sur Manhattan au bout de la rue au top ! La maison est spacieuse et très confortable. Il y a des bus direct pour New York en 15 min sans bouchon en plein centre vers Times Square et même s il fallait acheter des billets à l unité pour ces bus (on est dans le New Jersey) cela revient bien moins cher qu’un logement à New York ! A refaire si on revient à New York

Great communication. Great space. very beautiful home and outdoors. perfect if you have kids. We used the playground and grill. Very flexible, easy to reach and very friendly.

One of the best things about this place is the excellent amenities and smooth communication with the host. From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtfully prepared—from the detailed guidebook to the spotless, well-kept environment. It really showed care and consideration. The only potential downside is that the location is a bit away from the city center, so having a car is necessary. That might not be a real disadvantage, especially if you're looking to explore, but you will need to plan for transportation. I stayed here with my family of four, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The house is very old which we loved and also well renovated! Very comfortable! The kitchen is a dream for renters and there is lots of space overall. The view to the lake is peaceful and the convenience of driving to nice places is great. Sarah is a wonderful attentive host!

I had to leave my apartment unexpectedly and needed a last-minute place to stay the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive from the start. Their hospitality was top-notch, and they made a stressful situation much easier for me. The location was perfect and super convenient for everything I needed to get done. The space itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the yard was a huge plus since I had my dog with me she loved it! The hosts were kind, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or needs I had throughout my stay. If I ever find myself in need again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend!

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

The Arts Estate is a very special place. The house built in 1863 has been renovate with impecable taste, extreme attention to detail and amazing quality overall. You can tell that the owners had fun with it and turned this "old estate" into a modern beautiful home. The kitchen is every chefs dream with absolutely all and every cooking tool you could ever use. The bathrooms are all different , surprising and great in their own very different styles. Beds, sheets, towels, robes and even the blackout curtains are all really good quality. if you like movies, get ready for your own private movie theater ( screen is about 18 " wide!?). The area is very quiet and just 5 minutes walk to a lovely Main Street with restaurants and great coffee shops. Kristin was very responsive and a great communicator. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We love our stay . The house was clean smells so good. It was really accessible to get everywhere, it’s feels like home. I really recommend to stay in her house. we had the best experience for sore we will come back.

I must say that Peri's home is simply perfect, simply beautiful and simply peaceful. Everything in the home was just as described in the listing, refrigerator worked perfectly, beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and the communication with Peri was truly top notch. My family and I had a great time here, that we are already thinking of when to go back. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Great stay. Easy check-in and very responsive host

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.

Un séjour parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés ! J’ai passé un excellent moment dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à la description. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. Le lit était confortable, la literie de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal : calme mais proche de tout, avec commerces et transports à proximité. Et surtout, l’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, très réactive et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Tout est très bien indiqué pour rejoindre New York en très peu de temps. C’est avec plaisir que je reviendrai si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore pour cette belle parenthèse !

Ich hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Tako. Sie empfängt mit offenen Armen, wenn man das möchte und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Katzen machen es perfekt. Ich möchte bald wiederkommen.
